I kind of Judge my Mexican food how I judge my hotels! I typically only review places that I really love because I don't like leaving bad reviews anywhere, and this isn't really a bad review it's just a three-star review! If you want basic Mexican food you can come to this place I specifically told them that I really really really don't like dry burritos but just like the last place I visited, their California Burrito was pretty basic and dry , I know I'm from San Diego and I get the best Mexican food ever, but I guess this is just the standards of Long Beach just put some dry carne asada with some cold broken up french fries and put just a teeny bit of non melted cheese guacamole and sour cream on the burrito and life is good right? Which kind of is after a few beers I was ready to eat but it was absolutely nothing special just basic basic food! Still giving Long Beach a second and third chance at providing good Mexican food, but if you're looking for good Mexican food in Long Beach right now and you must have an enjoyable time try Viva La Frida off of East 4th Street in Long Beach right across the street from a McDonald's.... there Mexican food is hot juicy and everything you need! There are also a couple other Mexican food places that I review in Long Beach that are totally legit and amazing like La Prima on Long Beach...

Shamefully bad! I should have known better when I said hi to the cooks and they all looked away from me lol! The cashier was friendly enough but can't help but feel everyone there hated me on sight. My fish taco had what appeared to be a fish stick cut into three nuggets on two cold stale tortillas that split when I picked it up. My California burrito was served cold all the way through, none of the cheese even melted. I thought about heating it when I got home until I tasted the dry as a bone gristly coagulated meat and grease trap tasting stale day old french fries in the middle and I know it was unsalvageable and destined for the trash. Decent sized burrito but a lot of good that does me when I'm stuffing it down the garbage disposal. Extremely disrespectful way to treat people spending their money. I circled the block three times looking for parking to try that dump. Recommend you drive on by. Off to make my own lunch and dinner now...

This place gets way too low of a rating for how good it is there's always going to be exceptions like everybody's taste we understand that but I've tried every place in this city many times the price the value and the taste are superb now I know things happen maybe somebody got serious something cold or something happened to help her but I think that's we got to keep places two or three or four times before you give him a review that's bad and it depends on your taste too on what you really want your tacos at California Burrito their breakfast they're always crowded so without a tell you something that's a great place and it's so much better price and better quality food than all these other tacos places by far and I'm not talking about the taco places on the street that I don't monitored and use the cheapest beef they can find and stuff like that I'm talking about I love Mexican restaurants this one does a great job had...

This place was super clean the service is awesome. She was super friendly and very helpful but once we start eating the food wasn't 5 stars... There's no way. I got a wet burrito but it wasn't wet as u see the bottom of the burrito is dry... No sauce.. it was carne asada but it was dry and NO favor... My wife got Mexican Burger that was plain. As well NO Favor... Just plain... The only good thing was the service and the flan. That was off the hook. Everything else... Well i wish i would of gone somewhere else. Visiting Long Beach... If u come here don't go here... Save your money and go to Taco Bell..
