I wanted to express my deep disappointment with the decision to switch to a to-go only format at the restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for the past 18 years, ever since my father brought me here when I was just 5 years old. Now at 38, this place holds countless memories for me and has been a significant part of my life.

Since the onset of the pandemic, I have continued to support the restaurant by ordering takeout. However, not being able to dine in and enjoy a meal within the familiar walls of the establishment has been disheartening. I initially understood the reasons behind the closure, but as the world has gradually moved on, I cannot help but question the necessity of maintaining a to-go only policy.

It feels as though the decision may be more about minimizing costs and paying for extra employees rather than truly prioritizing the comfort and satisfaction of loyal customers like myself. I believe that a return to normal dining operations would not only be more convenient for patrons but also beneficial for the business in the long run.

Roach infested place they couldn't even give me a discount on my whole meal they forced me to pay for my food even when I said that the roach came out from our table! I work in the food industry and when we get a complaint any complaint we remake your meal or its on the house ! These people where so ignorant and called the cops on me. I didn't want to make a big deal out of the situation so I told the waitress that their was a cockroach that came from our table to the wall , I killed the cockroach with a napkin the waitress took the napkin and proceeded to continue working with out washing her hands, she even kept serving people their food with her dirty hands! Never in my life have I felt so disrespected in front of my wife and kids. The principal of this is that even if the cockroach didn't crawl out the food a cockroach shouldn't be crawling from table to wall or wall to wall. It's a freaking disgusting to be eating where theirs cockroach's . some place you don't want to be take your family or your date. My family has always been loyal to this restaurant although it was sketchy and recently the waiters started to act rude and would totally ignore us but today surprised me with no doubt. We had ordered 7 mares soup and my mom always picks out the clams first and she takes out the fetus of the clam so that she won’t get a sickness and she hadn’t ate clams in a while so as she was trying to take it out she found too worms in the clams and she took the rest out to make sure and they had a head and tail and we googled it to make sure it was a worm or parasite and it was. We called the attention of the waiter and she was sooo rude she has said they come like that and my mom had told her that if she knew they had worms why would they serve it like that. She immediately gave her attitude was rude and said not to order it next time and quickly started to talk about us in her language with the rest of the employees.
