Tacos La Revancha Kitchen & Beer — Restaurant in Long Beach

I went here with a group of friends, we absolutely loved it, an absolute gem of Long beach, some of my friends were vegetarian and some ate meat or fish, all of us left there feeling very happy with our meals and we all ended up coming back!

Our first time we got chips and guacamole, Horchata and a Michelada to start.

I got a two sauce wet burrito, and my friends got different fish tacos.

When we returned it was a little earlier in the day and I got the Huevos con Nopales, served with fresh tortillas, my friend got huevos rancheros (which he declared to be the best he's had in California), and my other friend had a breakfast burrito which he actually wasn't able to finish due to the generous portion.

I've been here twice and loved it both times. My favorite thing on the menu so far is the garlic short rib fries. They are literally so mouthwateringly amazing. The meat is tender and the fat just melts in your mouth. Everything has a delicious garlic flavor that isn't overpowering. The aioli? they served with it wasn't my favorite but my husband liked it okay. The fries are nice and thick which is perfect. Their service was fast and super attentive. My boyfriend and I came in for some soft tacos and tacos dorados. We were also served chips and salsa. The food had too many spices and did not taste authentic at all. The waiter was very nice and attentive. Just great service from the workers, but the food was unfortunately not good even though we were very hungry we were unable to finish anything.
