McDonald's — Restaurant in Long Beach

Bought gift cards at this location (cash only, credit cards not accepted here for gift cards). Was there twice during breakfast hours on a Saturday and it was busy in both the drive-thru and inside. Drive thru service was good, but when I went inside on the second visit I was frustrated with the service. They have self-service kiosks which would have been great for food, but gift cards had to be purchased from the cashier. This would have been fine were it not for a gentleman in front of me in line who decided to let a woman and her child cut in line without any regard for others who were waiting in line behind him. The cashier who witnessed this just stood there like an idiot despite being quite aware that he was inconveniencing other customers rather than saying something or checking to see if it was a problem. Both the Mother and her son (who seemed to have some issues) took a long time to order and so did the man. Ten minutes later, I finally got the cards I needed which took about a minute. Had I not been in a hurry I wouldn't have cared, but I had people waiting for me to return with the cards that were for Easter Baskets that were donated to the Long Beach Rescue Mission. It took twenty minutes plus for a task that should have taken less than ten thanks to the man's complete disregard for others who where in line first and the employee's lack training or ability to step up and ensure that the actions of selfish or thoughtless individuals don't cause a problem for...

Very bad customer services !! I came to drive-thru and ordered 20 chicken nuggets and some other things but the lady only put 4 nuggets! Like Really? 4 !!? I repeated myself 3-4 times but she still got it wrong and was giving me attitude. When I got to the window, she was trying to make it seem like it was my fault for changing and adding things to my order last minute. So unprofessional!! What is even more unprofessional is when I asked her for ketchup and some other sauces, she acts like she couldn't hear me and rolled her eyes at me. I have to repeat myself 3 times for her to give me the sauces! Then this one other lady came and handed me my food but some of my other food weren't even in the bag so I told her and she was also giving me an attitude as well!!! I know how it feels like to work at drive-thru and I know sometimes it's really difficult to hear but it does not hurt at all to ask the customer to speak louder if you're not sure what they're saying. Also if they ask a question and you're wearing the headset and you can't hear, you can just simply move your headset a little to the side and or come closer to listen! I know when a worker is being rude vs when a customer is being rude! I thought I would give this place a couple more chances but after this one, nah. And this isn't the first time also ! And I forgot to mention, my food was cold except...

I was traveling along the 405 and decided to stop at this location for a bathroom and food break. I have the McDonalds app and tried to order my food for the pickup counter to make my stop quicker and easier. However, the app was not working for this location, and I was forced to order after I used the bathroom because I could not wait 🙃 The bathrooms were usable, but it needs some cosmetic work, maybe. The toilets are ugly. But they do have a baby changing station that looked clean enough to use. I proceeded to use the inside kiosk, and it accepted my app code to earn points, but I had to manually input the code because the phone scanner wouldn't work. I then proceeded to wait in an empty-ish dining room with classical music reminding me that time is moving slow 🐌 It did seem to deter the beggars a little bit, but there was one that managed to get a meal from someone. After 30 min. No exaggeration, I promise, I received my order, but I was missing a whole meal. I ordered 2 $5 deals and a #7 large size with an extra cheeseburger. After another 5 minutes wait, I was able to get back on the freeway. The food was good, and fresh. The soda and sweet tea was good as well, and the staff were polite and working hard in the back, but I will definitely think twice before...
