Sweet Jill's Gourmet Coffee — Restaurant in Long Beach

Food was only ok -served a cooked breakfast sandwich that was an overcooked mess I decided to eat in Airport rather than plane, too hot in the microwaved kind of way, Cheese explosion and tasted only so so- sad to say there is no friendliness just robots getting the job done. Tried to give me wrong order completely. Understand they are busy but honestly Won’t order again! It’s filled the hole in my stomach but was not great at all! Should have just purchased the hard boiled eggs. No stopper for coffee that shot out all over my hand burning me! When I asked if my coffee has Cream he asked to look through the hole in the cup! I saw several negative reviews and had to come here to say, yes I had to wait a few minutes, less than 10, but it was well worth it. Coffee was wonderful (breve espresso latte with an extra shot) 2 awesome breakfast sandwiches and two big bottles of water all for $30. For airport food and drink, that's pretty good. Aubrey was so sweet, helpful and friendly, someone even ran to somewhere in the back to get me some mayonnaise for our sandwiches. My suggestion for the negative reviews people is get up and get moving early, plan ahead and get to the airport in plenty of time and don't take out your lack of planning frustrations on the sweet girls at the...

It's sad to report even with the five employees I counted, this has been the least efficient run food / coffee place in an airport that I've ever seen. If you see no line here, there is a reason. It's too bad because the food (for being microwaved) meets the bar and coffee was decent, but waiting 20 minutes for a bagel, that you're staring at in a glass case, at an airport mind you, is unacceptable.
