They are smart for not posting this location on Yelp or else they would much more terrible reviews. Since I could not reach the manager of this location or get a response from their district manager I guess the only option I have is to publicly air out an issue I had at this location. On June 9th, I placed a mobile order for pickup in the drive thru. When I arrived at the location I saw there was a line at the drive thru, normally I would just walk in and pick up my order but I had a sleeping toddler in the car and did not want to wake him. After 20 minutes in line I am told my order is not ready because they are making a fresh batch of fries because I requested fries without salt. The person at the pickup window then asked if I can come inside to pickup my order because they just started it. I told them I have a sleeping child in the car and cannot come in. Another woman came to the window and aggressively told me my only option is to come inside to get my food, I then told her the same thing I told the last person that I have a sleeping child in the back and cannot come inside. She then replied you have to come inside and that's it. I then asked for a refund because I was not going to wake my child to go inside (by the way they have competition across the street who would've brought food to the car if they were running behind). They then got the manager at that time and instead of trying to help me she just said my only option is to go inside. I then asked for a refund and she told me she couldn't do anything and I have to cancel on my end in the app. I tried to do that but they already processed the order. I then contacted customer service 3 times over the past month and they told me either the manager or the district manager would reach out to me and give me a refund. We are approaching a month since the incident and no call and no refund. This location pretty much stole my money and have no regard for delivering good customer service. Read moreI don’t know what they have going on here, but they all need an attitude Check. All I did was go in there to ask for a packet of sugar. As soon as I walk in everybody’s looking at me sideways like I interrupted something that they had going on, I asked I proceeded to ask for the sugar. She proceeds to tell me that I can give you two packets I said OK she proceeds to give me the two packets rudely says thank you as if I didn’t say thank you to her and the beginning or at least three or four times when I initially went in there to even ask for the sugar in the first place. There’s no reason that I should be this upset and have this much of an attitude given to me when all I was trying to do was sweeten up my coffee. The inside is completely empty there’s one person in there eating and every single last person in there is doing nothing standing around having a group conversation with each other like their gossiping or something like we’re in high school. This location really needs to step up the game or I’m sure they’re all gonna be dealing with consequences in the future. And whoever is working the night shift between the hours of 6 PM and whatever time the night shift ends, they no longer need to be paired up together to continue to work the night shift. Read moreUpdate 11/21: I swear it feels like there is only one person running this. Line moves extremely slow. When I was paying, the line disapeared behind me, and I thought the guy must have left. As soon as I exited, I saw the looong line at the entrance. There is a really bad bottle neck. Like they are taking orders really slow on purpose.
Update: double check your order, even if their is a line behind you, it won't take more than 20 seconds to look in th bag, but if they mess up, it's gonna cost you another 30 minutes to get back in th drive through. This is what happened to me, and the funny part is I told them 3 times not to forget my promotional order (the whole reason I went there) dude literally looked me in the eye and gave me the bag, it felt light, but I didn't want to hold up the line and checked after... Should have followed my instinct and checked before driving off.
Also I don't know why they bother to ask you for what sauces you want if they forget that too and only had 1 sauce pack for both of my orders.
I would double check for your straw as well. Guy reassured me my straw was in the bag so that probably means they are used to getting that question, which means it's probably a common error as well.
