We’ve been coming to Jacks for years and recently they changed how their pizza crust is made(quantity of the dough they start with). I always order the Large Chicken Parmesan Pizza and recently the thickness of the crust has drastically got thinner and no longer can hold the weight of the toppings on these specialty pizzas making them fall apart and become like wet spaghetti noodles after some time. I spoke with the server and mentioned the issue before ordering and was told that it will not be a problem but when we received the pizza pie it was exactly like the last few times I ordered it which was very disappointing. The server did tell the kitchen the issue and that we would send it back if it was not made like a month and a half ago which did come to fruition so they took the pizza back to the kitchen. Very disappointed in their pizzas at this point and will not be ordering any more. Jack’s has always been super consistent with their food and the recent change to the pizza crust is just pure disappointment. Thus, my favorite pizza spot has lost all of its charm and there is no longer a need to go out of my way to get this pizza. Also, we order the Steak Bites and requested RARE but got a range from rare to well as the meat was cut into different sizes making the cooking process inconsistent. Besides this issue, Jack’s has a great line up of draft beers! Come for the drinks but maybe pass on the pizza. Still remember when the specialty large pies were only $19 but now they are $28 as of this review.

As a frequent visitor to Jack's Goal Line Stand, I can confidently say that it never disappoints! The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, making it my go-to spot for a delightful dining experience. One dish that I simply can't resist is the chicken parm pasta with vodka sauce. The combination of tender chicken, perfectly cooked pasta, and the rich and flavorful vodka sauce is a true culinary masterpiece. Every time I indulge in this dish, it never fails to leave me completely satisfied and wanting to come back for more. Another favorite of mine at Jack's Goal Line Stand is their mouthwatering quesadillas. Loaded with melted cheese and a variety of delicious fillings, these quesadillas are grilled to perfection. The crispy exterior and gooey, cheesy interior create a delightful texture that keeps me coming back time and time again. Whether it's the amazing chicken parm pasta with vodka sauce or the irresistible quesadillas, Jack's Goal Line Stand always delivers exceptional food and a welcoming ambiance. It has become a place I can rely on for a consistently enjoyable dining experience.

First I must say, this is my go-to every/any day spot when it comes to bar/restaurants!!! A big part is because of the staff. Everyone is so welcoming and the service is exceptional every time I go. From the owners down, it’s nothing but good vibes and good energy. In fact, the last time I went I had the server *Tina* whom was wonderfully personable and extra attentive! However it most certainly goes beyond the staff. The food here is exquisite!! Seriously, I cannot speak enough about the quality of their daily menu and especially the specials! Weekly, one of the owners/head chef *Nick* mixes up a new list of amazing options that ALWAYS hits the spot. Lastly it comes down to the vibe. Whether it’s the jukebox playing, game audio from local sports or even a trivia/bingo night, there’s always a great vibe. With friendly people and friendly staff plus great food, how can you go wrong? The place is also huge without being overwhelming. Whether you want to watch a game or wind down after a hard days work, I will ALWAYS recommend Jacks. See ya soon Tina!

Last night I tried to go to jacks around 8 pm. My boyfriend was excited to watch the Yankees game and a few of my friends from college were in town visiting so we were hopeful to get some good food and drinks, this soon became not possible at jacks

I want to preface this by saying, I was born on February 2, 1994 meaning I will turn 24 February. My two friends from school have out of state ids (as do I) and are 22 and 25. Additionally we went to a school that issued student ids without our birthdays on them, only a picture. Meaning, I have no other form of id besides my passport that has my birthday and face on it, and like most I do not walk around day to day with my passport on me.

We approached the bouncer who checked our ids and told us they wanted to double check my id, this is not the first time this has happened so I agreed and we followed him. The bouncer then continued to aggressively bend my id and looking at me back and forth, never once asking me any questions about it like where I am from, birthday, etc. By now over 10 minutes has passed all we really want to do is watch the Yankees game and eat some nachos, maybe some wings.

He then furthered the investigation by comparing it to a book that bouncers use to identify fakes with. This even had happened to me a few times so I was hopeful I would soon get in and we would be on our way. I asked if they had a scanner and if they could scan my id like federal liquor stores in PA do, however the bouncer responded that scanners are illegal because they store information without consent. As someone with a computer science degree/ who works in the tech industry (or anyone with a brain really would know) I know this simply is not true, while old scanners may have operated that way they do make legit scanners that bars, can buy and that the state of PA uses regularly in their state liquor stores.

After a few more minutes, a second bouncer came and they brought out a wallet full of fakes and began comparing my id to fakes they had confiscated.

After speaking back and forth to each other they finally spoke to me and said "this is fake get out of the bar", my license was in their hands still.

I was livid, as I really think anyone would be, of course my license isn't fake but now you're going to take it from me? I truly did nothing wrong in this situation, what gives your bouncer the right to take my id, because they think it's fake, unbelievable.

At this point we asked to speak to a manager and they just keep telling us to get out, but they still had my id. After a few minutes of pleading, which is utterly disgusting that I had to beg for an item lawfully issued by the government to be given back to me, they gave me my id and told us to leave.

Jacks staff insisted on our way out the door that the bouncer was "the best in town" and ultimately stated they had the authority to let whoever they want into the bar and simply "did not feel comfortable letting me in".

I am extremely saddened by how the whole situation was handled by the jacks staff and hope your bouncers can use this as an educational experience and admit they were wrong. I do hope I get an apology but after witnessing the staffs poor manners through the whole endeavor I am less...

Today i get one of the worst services in this town, after 20 minutes someone get our table, the employees was sitting at our side chatting and nobody come(is suppose to me remember they are working? I don't get paid to take care about), after 1 hour and something she pass by 2 times(the girl who get our table)i wasn't drink but my friend just get the second beer at this time after couple time asking for that (even asking to a another girl, she told us she don't take care about our table), after all we pay and get complain about tips ( what's suppose to give when you get decent service) I'm not saying good, at least ok. After another employee(for that reason they come 🤔) told over there if you don't wanna give tips don't go eat outside(cause that i usually go to the same places, i get good service and leave s good tips n don't get stressed). Cause that i keep going where i get good service, second time over Jack's and hopefully last. Go to somewhere else, have nice options with good food, drinks and SERVICE. About Jack's guys, first step before get worried about your tips do you job right(and it will come), it's a team work, if someone is overwhelmed help you team, i don't think was that, cause at least 4 employees was chatting at the side table. 1 dollar was fair enough for the poor service. Go to nip n tuck, buteco sport bar or por do sol, you will get better service and time over there. Just one comment, when i arrived home my girl ask me why i didn't go to nip n tuck or somewhere out Long Branch, i still without...
