Ming Ying Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Long Branch

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ming Ying Chinese Restaurant in Long Branch, NJ, and I can't stop raving about their Beef Chow Fun. It was an absolute delight!

The beef in this dish was incredibly succulent and tender. Each bite practically melted in my mouth, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the natural taste of the beef without overwhelming it. The combination of the tender beef and the savory sauce made for a truly delicious experience.

Additionally, the noodles in the Beef Chow Fun were piping hot and wonderfully fresh. They had a delightful chewiness to them that added a satisfying texture to the dish. The noodles absorbed the flavors of the sauce beautifully, making each bite a burst of deliciousness.

I went here a couple nights ago, and I was expecting great Chinese food. As my grey hair grew in I realized that it was bland and tasteless. Save your time and walk a couple feet down to Kings chef, much better.

Hey, it’s me again, 3 weeks later. I thought I needed to give this place another shot, especially since my favorite place Kings chef was closed. Well, first off, the service was a little rough, with the cashier giving me major attitude, telling me to hurry up and sign the check. Basically before I even got off the phone the order was done... hmmm kind of sketchy. So I get my food in record time, and the chicken was so squishy I thought it was a kids toy for a second, and my food critic friend (Brian flannery) said quote “they could have given me cinder blocks and it would have been better than the chicken.” Anyways, I will never be coming back to this joint again. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Less than 1 star! I live close by and have ordered for both pick-up and delivery numerous times. Today, I called in an order, but after getting the total, I was unsure if I had enough CASH, so I told them that I would call them back. I was going to pay by debit, otherwise. Well, I got tied up and a short while later there was a delivery man banging on my door. I called the restaurant wondering why the order was placed. I decided just to pay by debit (which I've done many times). As I'm on the phone reading my card numbers, the delivery driver would not hand me my food. I handed him the phone to confirm that I was paying by card. Again, I reached for my food to go back inside and the driver pulled it away from me. At that point, I told him to keep it and went inside. I was a loyal customer until now. I will never give them my business...
