Lady at the counter is extremely rude to customers. In the morning, people can wait in line for quite a while before being able to place their walk-in order. Employees seems too busy feeling in orders placed online. One customer asked politely for an estimate of how long it might take to get served and the lady at the counter went on a tirade on how busy they were and how the customer just needed to be patient. Her tone was extremely rude. All other customers looked at each in surprise. This was extremely awkward. A customer actually walked out. I also decided to go get my donuts at the nearby BigY! I placed my order online the next time. When I went to pick it up, my order was ready but was missing the donuts! When I mentioned it, that same lady without looking at me went to berate her coworker for forgetting to complete the order. She added the donuts (shoved them upside down into a bag) and tossed me the bag over the counter without much of a smile or word. I feel for this lady. I hope she gets help and turn things around. The customers deserve it.
Update: picked up my online order today to find 5 out of the 6 donuts were not the ones I ordered. Check your order before you pick it up.
Update: I am happy to report that things have changed for the best at that location since my previous review (10 months ago). Staff is different and cordial. Orders are filled correctly. I am changing my review...
Read moreIt's a very cramped dunkin, the employees were constantly in each others way because of lack of space not fault of their own. Employees seemed a little hectic and maybe new? When asked questions they were hesitant to answer and had to ask for help with the register. Service was somewhat slow for 6-7 employees but only 3 people there with orders (not sure about online orders). They weren't making drinks in order, people who ordered 2 people after me got their drinks before everyone else. I know dunkin aren't the freshest of donuts but it tasted like it had sat around since at least the day before, but it was at least edible, I wouldn't go out of my way to visit...
Read moreThis is a place I sometimes take clients for coffee, especially because I can also get gas at the same time and there's some wifi we can tap into when mine dies, and then we can sit in my car or go to the park with our hot drinks. I particularly like the barista who works in the later afternoon because he fills the cup. At the big chain coffee shop across the street the cups often end up only partly full which results in my having to buy the person another drink. At this Dunkin, our cups end up totally full. When my client is happily, quietly sipping, it makes my job a lot easier. Please keep up...
