Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Longmont

This store is a joke. I just got a call back from the store at 745pm from the manager crying about how its Christmas eve and they're trying to go home even tho theyre clearly open till 930 tonight. I'm sorry you chose a pizza place as your career but that's not MY fault. Youre open then take orders. Ridiculous. No wonder they're going out of business

Update: Management contacted me within minutes of me placing this review and offered to send some free pizza coupons for my inconvenience. I was very impressed at how quickly they contacted me considering its Christmas eve. I was just really frustrated bcuz our evening and dinner plans were made around their hours listed online and that got messed up. However I have generally always had good experiences at this store so I'm anxious to try them again. Thanks for making it right with me!

Update #2 so here it is almost a month later. I gave my address twice via email and over the phone. And I STILL haven't received any coupons from my 12/24/17 messed up order. It is now January 19th. I mean how many weeks does it take to throw a couple coupons in a mailbox? I am so unimpressed with this company. Why would you reach out to try and fix the issue and then not follow through? STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING DELIVERY--It took 3 TRIES for this Papa John's to process just ONE LARGE PIZZA! It was an absolute disaster.

I called into an overseas customer service center (which is problematic in an of itself), and the large pizza came out to $17. Twice the order was cancelled because I did not meet the "minimum order of $16." Last time I checked, 17 is greater than 16. After two failures, the representative transferred me to the "actual store."

We try to make the order a third time, and--for some reason--the worker there processes my order without letting me add a tip. So now my delivery could be extra slow, because the delivery driver thinks I'm refusing to tip. As I ask her to allow me to make a tip--she HANGS UP.

All in all, this took almost 30 MINUTES for me to order a single large pizza. We're not orchestrating the invasion of D-Day here,...

I first called at 3:40 and placed an order for a Buffalo Chicken pizza. Waited 20 minutes, received my pizza and it didn’t have any hot sauce. I called back a second time at 4:05 asking for another pizza with hot sauce. It took over an hour for them to remake the second pizza and deliver it to my house, when I received this pizza - it looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a good hour. The sauce was dried onto the pizza, and the entire pizza looked disgusting. I called back A THIRD TIME and asked for another pizza to be made, and for my entire order to be refunded onto my card.
