To be fair, I have been in the restaurant industry for more than ten years, in which case I understand the situations that arise in such places and can generally empathize. However, I placed a togo order at 7:30 for three footlongs, and was prompted that they would be finished at 7:55, understanding folks getting dinner etc. I strolled in around 8:05, not terribly concerned. The young man told me that he hadnt even started and the toaster was down, ok I replied not a big deal. Having a toasted sub on my order, i asked if we could have the cold toppings on the side, so maybe we could toast at home, unfortunately no you cant unless you want small cups for water. Ok I said not a big deal. Long story short, I recitied my orders off too him and, the bread is raw with hardly any color, they were missing half their line of cold toppings, when I tried to said no worries about the lettuce for example, he complied as his associate, (whom never stepped back on the line to assist the other people behind me), went and grabbed it as soon as my sandwhiches were being finished.. for a series of three footlongs having placed the order at 730, we are just now sitting down for subs, (after toasting lol) overall I cant get behind the lack of preparedness, readiness, or efficency for your craft, even if you had a rush of after work...
   Read moreI had experience at this place on 2 ways, dine in and take out!!! Both were very, very disappointing because when we dine in customer service was very poor!! Bunch of teens managing the place and they didn’t care about anything!!! We tried to give a second chance ordering through the app, but it didn’t work ether . When my husband got back home from picking up the food, we were very disappointed because we ordered turkey breast sandwiches and the sandwiches had everything else very poor quantity, and they didn’t have the MAIN INGREDIENT which was the turkey breast. I went back to the store and I was treated very rudely and she treated me so bad that she even told me I was barking at her instead of talking to her. Called six days later to talk to the store manager and I was promised a call back, I didn’t expect my money back because I had the employee re-do my sandwiches, so she never called back or anything they never follow with the bad service that the employee provided. When I talk to the girl, that didn’t put any meat in my sandwich, She was pretty rude that I even asked for a manager and she said she was the store manager which I found out six days later she wasn’t.! I highly recommend anybody to do the Walmart one or the one on Lashley. Those two are very good to do...
   Read moreI just left the restaurant on Pace ST, Longmont CO and I’m super incredibly upset at the fact that the poor worker was left BY THEMSELVES on their FIRST DAY. They were doing an incredible job and was very nice but when we arrived more and more people would come in as well as multiple online orders and this one person was handling with such grace but seriously, being a huge corp you couldn’t have at least one more person with them? The manager couldn’t have stayed and helped? We were very patient and the people behind us were too but we can tell they were very overwhelmed and trying to rush when they really shouldn’t have to stress this bad ON THEIR FIRST DAY. Super disappointed on how you treat employees and I hope that worker gets all the help possible next time, as long as they’re still in training time.
