It's a Polleria. That means a place that serves chicken. Get the chicken, the pollo asada. The whole bird if you have plenty to feed or a refrigerator that can keep the leftovers. Yes, there are bones, don't be such a wuss.
Don't expect such a tiny place to be good at everything or to cater to every expectation or to be particularly good at serving people who eat in. The place is pretty obviously set up for take away from giant bottles of Pop, to whole bags of chips, and as others have said a charge for plates and silverware (we didn't even try as we're not blind to the way it's set up). And traditionally a Polleria is to go roast chickens with a set of fixings. We used to go to El Pollo Loco all the time in Southern California, so maybe we knew more than some.
These are generous and hot, too. Freshly grilled tortillas, rice, and beans to go with your chicken that's topped with a plentitude of grilled green onions and jalapenos. It's not a rotisserie chicken, so no crisp skin, just solid seasoning, juicy meat, really tasty green and a super hot red sauce, and solid sides.
