Abos Pizza Longmont — Restaurant in Longmont

Terrible experience this last time. My wife and two kids (2 and 5) had sat nicely at the table and finished their slices. They wanted to hop down and play with the ARCADE GAMES as my wife and I finished our food. They were having fun pretending to drive the race car game and well being kids in an arcade.

An Extrmely rude emplyee decked out in camouflage called out to the whole room. "Who's kids are these? They are being loud and obnoxious... this is a restaurant..."

Um.. at what kind of restaurant would an emplyee be allowed to call out to a whole dining room and talk to customers like that? The guy would be fired on the spot in any restaurant I have ever worked at.

Its abos pizza, the fun and relaxed family friendly (until now) place with the arcades for the kids where they will toss the dough up to entertain the little ones and people go to grab a slice and soda and watch watever game is on while the kids keep themselves busy. Now, I will probably not return despite the pizza and otherwise friendly staff.

I have eaten at and played on the arcades since I was a kid at the boulder and niwot venues. I know the Niwot owner personally and I have never had someone act so out of line and rude. I wanted to vomit my pizza back up and hand it back. I hope I never see the guy again otherwise there might be a bigger scene than some happy kids playing with the games located right IN the dining room.

A real shame! Middle of the road pizza becomes not worth considdering if you know there is even one trashy emplyee. Hope he...

Completely disappointing, all around. We were a delivery order. All interactions were with the manager (every call including order) who had a "too cool" attitude and was totally unprofessional.

We've never ordered from Abos before. Thought we'd give it a try, we also own a rental business and are always looking for new local places to send our clients.

Was quoted an " hour, or a little over an hour." Let's be very clear, two hours is not "a little" over an hour. I called at 1 hour and 40 min to check - It ended up taking us two hours to get our pizza, which mind you was totally cold. Two hours for a cold pizza.

Now, I wouldn't be writing this review if the company was willing to make it right. However, when I called back when the pizza still wasn't there at 2 hours to voice my concern, the "manager" working wanted to argue about the time he quoted me justifying his quote time of "a little over an hour".....uh, ok. I guess if it had shown up 5 hours later, that still would have fallen in the "a little over" category? It's a two hour pizza dude. Own it.

Would have not paid for this cold, 2 hour pizza (especially at full price) had my husband not already been outside.

This place does not want to stand by what they say, or make it right when they are wrong. We will not be ordering their sub par pizza, from their cocky...

What was worse…. Pizza, salad or customer service? …. Don’t get double cheese added or a 12in pizza. The 12in was super thin, slices timy with no crusts and toppings soggy. Got a salad that was a joke too… large with 2oz dressing that needed 4 minimum. Poor quality ingredients with a limited menu and way overpriced for all. But these places attract people with no expectations for quality is why the reviews are higher. My mistake thinking how bad could it be…only pizza place open until 10pm. So I get the pizzas, open the boxes and the large one was so much bigger and crusts way better…pissed because my pizza was not worth the $25…So decide to call the restaurant and shared I wasn’t happy asking why my pizza was way different and not ok with me…the guy who acted like manager says it’s supposed to be thin crusts…. Nope and super rude… says, well what do you want me to do? I said to offer to remake it or credit the small pizza. Says nope nothing for free here. Doesn’t offer any solutions and I say so I will post my experience and show photos online. He says go ahead I don’t care…too many other people like it here. So, poor quality and poor attitude!!!! Never will go back.
