Read moreI am very impressed with this store. Everything was clean and on its place. The veggies and meat and everything were stocked and looked delicious. Then I was greeted. Clay welcomed me and asked how many sandwiches, he was very knowledgeable about the sandwiches. For so many years I've gotten spicy Italian, but don't like the ham and he suggested a different one that had exactly what I wanted. He made sure my sandwich was made just how I wanted. All while being polite and funny! As well as training a new employee. I got my sandwich and some cookies and was ready to go. Nika rang me up and made sure I was taken care of. She was very sweet. I chatted with the whole crew for a bit while I waited for my ride. Even while I sat in the store and enjoyed my delicious dinner they continued to impress with their professional attitudes, and making sure to keep on top of everything.. I will definitely be coming back. My son does jujitsu around the corner and I usually have to wait for a ride afterwards, this might be my spot to wait, especially with the weather getting colder, and those cookies being warm. If you call and demand to talk to the manager he is extremely rude and mocks you. I am extremely disappointed with this location. Extremely unprofessional. The fact that this employee is still working there is rediculous!!! Last night when my family ordered from here, this employee happen to be working. We handed him a 20 dollar bill and asked to put the rest on the card. When I returned home I was charged 9 dollars and then a second charge for the full amount. He also took the cash so I was charged for the FULL AMOUNT twice. When I tried to get my money back tonight he ignored me and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I WILL BE CALLING THE OWNER OF THAT STORE TOMORROW!!!
