I'm literally going to take away all of my stars because the way Domino's handle their mistake is unacceptable.
I ordered one pan pizza no sauce add sausage and extra mushrooms. What I received was one cheese pan pizza? The second pizza I ordered was also incorrect? I ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and olive pizza. what I received was a plan pepperoni pizza?
I know that mistakes happen and never have had a problem with it what I have a problem with is a fact that Domino's Pizza offered me two options. One was to remake the pizzas but I would have to also return the two pizzas that they made incorrectly. Their second option was to keep the incorrect pizzas and they would give me credit for my next order.
Since we waited almost an hour for delivery the family decided to just keep the incorrectly made pizzas because kids were hungry & we didn't know how long the next delivery would take to get here or if the next delivery would actually be correct.
What Domino's could have done was allowed us to keep the incorrect pizzas and had a new delivery sent to us correctly for the inconvenience. But they didn't do that!!!!
Not sure why all the negative reviews because I've only ever had positive experiences at this location.
We recently moved way out to the middle of nowhere like literally GPS can't even find us. So I was kind of worried that Domino's wouldn't be able to locate us but without any problem they were here within the 40 minutes that they said they would be.
Food was delivered hot and fresh. Ordered one hand toss pepperoni and it was delicious the crust was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The pepperonis were abundant and I can't say that for most pizza places because they usually skimp out.
Ordered a spinach and mushroom pizza and that too was delicious. we ordered this on thin crust and it was absolutely perfect.
Also ordered a side of parmesan bites and they were delicious and very good size. I've ordered them from different restaurants and also different Domino's location and they usually are no bigger than a marble. Not at this location they were huge definitely worth two bits.
Tried the new cinnamon twist and OMG they were delicious perfectly sweet without being way too sweet.
We even ordered some drinks and amazinf they were with my order. I can't tell you how many times I've ordered drinks from different restaurants and they always forget them. So three stars just for getting me my drinks!!!!!
The delivery person was great & had a wonderful...
Read moreI really wish we had a closer choice for pizza. It seems that the shift managers here are not at all concerned about customer service, and I’m not even sure they know what that term means. On this particular instance, we have placed a carry out order totaling $55. Nothing was mentioned about not taking $100 bill, nothing was posted on the door, stating this. As I hand the money to the clerk, she says she doesn’t think she can take it, and turn to the manager right behind here to confirm... again $55 order, over 1/2 the value of the bill I’m handing them. I would be more understanding if the order was just for 1 or 2 pizzas. So I have to drive to Walmart and buy a 2liter that I had planned to buy there just to break $100 bill and drive back. When walking back in, I wait on 3 other people to get their food and then get my order and pay with exact change. Don’t want to cause any trouble for them having to make change. To top it off, I’ve not said one cross word this entire aggravating, inconvenient trip, and just complied with what I had to do to get my pizzas so I can get back to my family waiting for me at home. Then, I guess I must have expected too much, I asked for cheese and peppers. To which the surprising response was, that will be $1 ea. Are you friggin kidding me!? Why? I guess I should have bought my own when I was breaking that $100 bill at Walmart. I mean, a good manager would have stepped up and said sorry for you inconvenience, we’ll through some in for you. Thank you for your business. I don’t know why I expected otherwise from this location. The customer service experience from here has been sub-par from the day it opened. I apologize for the extended rant, but for those reading this, don’t expect any level of customer service from this location, pay with a card, or take small bills, and be prepared to pay extra for parmesan cheese and/or peppers that they use to over load you...
Read moreI have ordered pizzas from this place for pick-up four times, and out of those orders only ONE TIME were they ready for pick-up and as ordered. The three other times they were either 45minutes to an hour late FOR PICKUP, with my wife waiting in the store the entire time, or they were made incorrectly. Tonight after calling in an order for four pizzas, I was called by the manager and informed that three of my pizzas were made and i the oven ( even though website said they were already baked, ready to pickup) but they had ran out of sausage for the fourth... I agreed to substituting ham or bacon. About five minutes later, I get a call from another employee ( not the manager this time) that said that they had screwed up and NONE of my order was actually prepared, that they were just starting them and that they didn't have ingredients for three of the four, even though their website "Domino's Tracker" showed all four of my pizzas were prepared, baked and ready for pickup. This store on Estes Pkwy needs to get some new management and better quality control, and my family will not be going back to Domino's any time soon.
EDIT- I must comment here additionally, why should I email you? Your branch knows my order, I was signed in to your website to make the order online and your employees called my phone TWICE... it's obvious by your statement that your concern is actually an attempt for my to change my rating and not fix the issues in this branch, if you were actually concerned about the incident you would have already contacted the employees and manager responsible when the order was made and rectified the...
