Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Longview

Pizza was good, got medium two topping for Cary out special. . Got 6 wings and they skimp on the hot wing sauce , wings are very small to start but then with very little sauce it makes it feel less worth the cost . It looks like they very lightly drizzly hot wing sauce on top instead of properly coating the wings . I arrived before my scheduled pickup time and asked them to put extra sauce on wings waited 45 minutes. Found that did not happen . Not a one off time either , 3 separate stores , twice I update my name on the order to "extra hot wing sauce" in hopes of getting a proper amount of sauce to feel like I'm eating hot wings. I Did this since you can not leave any notes in app not sure it would be read or followed though . Only way I have to get a decent amount is to call . Which is a pain. -1 star for portion of chicken wings to cost ..., -1 for lack of sauce .....-1 for not getting order correct even when I have asked and tried many times to get order done right .... + 2 stars for pizza being done right and staff being friendly even if they didn't do part of order correct. I'd say stay away from all things chicken with dominos wings or boneless bites ( same sauce skimping...

Im giving 5 stars because I've never had an issue with this domino's, knock on wood. only order delivery so idk about the atmosphere, have always received my order in full within the timeline given at the time order is placed, without missing or damaged items; comes relatively warm and ready to eat; always clean & well packed, even distribution of toppings, all relative sides dips and utensils such as when salad is ordered; friendly polite neat and groomed in appearance delivery personnel. A well run and managed (be it by managers or staff i can't say) establishment. Considering some horror stories experienced at other fast food and similar franchised restaurants its nice to find a few that you get what is advertised and not the usual gamble and holding ones breath that there are no issues this time. Went to drive thru window to pick up pizza and saw several workers but none acknowledged me being there. Went around to door and went inside and order was on shelf , when he repeated my order he didn't mention one item so I asked about item and he said they were out and due to none delivery .. they hadn't received the item yet . This I understand but what I have to complain about is getting a pizza for 5.99 is wonderful but if I had been told the chicken on my pizza would only be enough to cover 2 pieces I would have never ordered it .
