McDonald's — Restaurant in Longview

Ordered food and get to window to pick it up and i ask the girl if it was all there. She said yes. I drive home to find that my food is not in the bag. So i drive back. Call store because lobby is closed, half of drive thru is closed and ask if they can run the forgotten items out. I was told no that id have to wait in line behind the 8 cars lined up. Get up to 2nd window and girl that handed me my food walks off and another girl walks up. She has an attitude when she asks me what was misplaced and i tell her. Bag gets legit thrown to her at window and she almost drops it. Hand me the bag and burger is most of the way out and nuggets are all laying on bottom of the non food grade bag. I asked the girl, who come to find out is the manager, if this was acceptable and showed her and she said yeah whats wrong with it. I said its just slopped together and looks disgusting. I asked who the manager was, and she said "letty" i asked if she was here tonight and she says yes. I said ok can i talk to her and she said im the manager. And i said as a manager you would serve food like this and send it out the door especially after you already messed up my order? She then says "why are you even talking to me bruh" and i said because this is disgusting to send food out this way. She slammed window mid conversation and walked off. Another girl who initially threw the bag the first time handed me my food and i drove off. This is absolutely appalling behavior coming from a manager despite how little more they are paid than everyone else. I guarantee i wont be frequenting this place anymore. Especially when i moved here a year and a half ago and used to say how awesome that location was. Its really gone from a 10...

I've had issues in the past where on 3 separate occasions I ordered on the app to pick up my food from the counter but then I show up and the lobby was closed. One of the times it looked like they were having a Christmas party or something. So I went through the drive through and explained the situation because I didn't know what else to do and everyone got mad at me and gave me a ton of attitude. Today I went inside and ordered at the kiosk instead. Only 2 out of the 4 were working. The kiosk didn't give me a receipt and I didn't want to get one from the counter because there was a huge line there. I decided to just hang out by the pick up shelves so I could see which bag had my name on it. Several minutes later I realized they weren't putting the food there, they were just leaving the food on the counter. My food was already sitting there and was cold (it might have been hot if I had known where it was or what my number was.) But then I was also missing a nugget from my order, it only had 3 pieces, there was no ketchup or napkins in the bag either. I took the order to go so I didn't realize all this until it was way to late. I tried to leave feedback on the app because I know they review those more than these Google reviews, but you can't leave feedback without a receipt! So it was overall a horrible experience and with all the other issues I've had at this location in the past it looks like I'm officially done...

I was taking my Daughter to this Mcdonalds after her Church event, I ordered at the kiosk Side2 like I was instructed. The young Gal at the front desk proceeded to tell me I could not have a receipt for my ordrer I just payed my money for untell I got my food, Than proceeded to go around the corner and make a comment to another employee hey see I told him and laugh about it. what customer service, Well another Young lady from the church event I was picking my daughter up from came in to use the restroom, The young Gal that said the stuff to me continued too tell the young lady she was not pay any money to the business so she could not use the restroom, The young lady left and the Worker just went back too her other employee and laugh about it. Well the mother had to unstrap her new born baby reverse out of the drive threw and come in with the young lady so her daughter could use the restroom.
