Chicken Express — Restaurant in Longview

DO NOT GO - HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We sat and waited patiently for our order (for only two people) for 15 minutes and finally called in and asked what was up. The very unenthusiastic (why is everyone commenting and saying they're all so happy?!?!) said they were waiting for chicken, because the cook had to go to the bathroom (there's only one person who can cook chicken there?! What about the manager, because apparently he was there - see more later). So we waited ANOTHER 10 minutes and called BACK, because we kept seeing people go in and out and what looked like about a dozen people working there. He said was gonna check for us, came back, & said "our manager says it'll be another 4-5 minutes." Call me crazy, but half an hour for some fried chicken at a fast food joint is insane. We cancelled our order to a half-assed at best "sorry 'bout that..." and left, they didn't even offer to comp it. I really think now that the good reviews of this place must be the employees...

I was lead to leave a review unfortunately, due to poor customer service, lack of speed and just pure forgetfulness. I thought to let this slide since its Easter and not post my review. However, Jesus rose up and so I did too. I purchased the #1 meal and had to wait. There were approximately 4 to 5 cars behind me in line waiting. This was in drive thru as well. The cashier approached my vehicle with the wrong order. I informed her that this order was not mine. She proceeded to go back and get my order. However, when she came back out, she passed my car and delivered orders to the guests behind me. Wow. I was in shock. I then decided to just request to get my money back. Everyone else received their orders before I did. I asked the cashier was there a problem but, she offered no explanation. I understand these things happen at times. This is my second horrible experience with this location. The first resulted in me getting the manager because the young lady in the drive thru window was very rude. The manager got everything squared away and I wasn’t trying to be judgmental over one bad incident. Tonight was the deal breaker for me. The same young lady was bringing food out the side door tonight in the drive thru was playing keep away with my tea because she thought it was funny while I waited with my family in the car. I hope you run back the cameras if you think it’s a lie. Then after I entered the building she laughed and rolled her eyes at me as if it was a game. Told them both am too old for games find someone else. I will NEVER I repeat NEVER go to this location ever again and tell everyone that I know not to come! Need to get better staff in the drive thru THATS...
