I’ve ordered from this location twice this week, and both experiences were bad enough that I felt compelled to submit a complaint. Unfortunately, Subway’s website feedback form is difficult to use. It limits the number of characters you can enter and forces you through a frustrating AI-driven process.
When I finally contacted the store directly, the response I received was, "The quality is fine, we temp-checked the avocado and set it out this morning." That response did not address the issue. I was served an ice-cold breakfast sandwich with avocado that tasted like it had gone bad. I had to throw the entire thing away as the taste was so overpowering.
I am currently expecting, so food safety is especially important to me. I was counting on a simple, meatless breakfast sandwich to be a safe and reliable choice, but clearly that was not the case. I will not be ordering from this location again and would recommend others...
   Read moreOn Saturday 9/20/2025 My family and I quietly entered the location and instead of a greeting, one of the employees looked at us when we walked in rolled her eyes, yelled obscenities, (Jesus Obscenity Christ) while throwing the item she had in her hand. It was clear we were not welcome. I will admit that a larger group had just left and it felt like she was overwhelmed by the flow of customers which. yes, it was a busy Saturday. We never made it to the counter as her outburst left us uneasy to dine at this Subway. We left and told them we were sorry to inconvenient them with our patronage. We went to the Subway by Heavenly Donuts and were welcome upon entry and the employees there took our orders without issue with professionalism and kindness.    Read moreI would honestly give no stars if I could, my husband went in and ordered four sandwiches and they had someone who was very new clearly, now I understand being new or starting a new job can be a lot but the person who was working with the new person should of been helping her more or something! The two sandwiches the new person made were not made right, one of them wasn't even toasted after asking three times to be toasted, he had to ask three times for more tomatoes and three times for more mayo and then the sandwiches weren't even cut! I feel like if someone is THAT new the person training them should be over seeing what they are doing and stepping in when need be! Not setting them up...
