I went in to purchase a washer/ dryer stove and refrigerator from these folks. At time of purchase I asked if they could install. They said yes . Moving in has been a process for Iam handicapped. I asked for them to hook the appliances up again cause I'm handicapped. And not an electrician. I was told yes. I paid for the delivery. I even tipped them 20 dollars extra to install. I had to go into Astoria to do some final paperwork on the home. When I returned the washer / dryer was in the dinning room and not in the laundry room. The stove was sitting there no power. Was you ld by roommate that I needed another pig tail. At time of purchase I was told that they would bring all the parts that worked and would take care of it. So I called and instead of getting a how can we fix this it turned into how you meaning me could fix it. Again at this time of purchase was told about my handicap and could not stoop, bend ,or an electrician. Was told will not come out and make it right. So from now on I will take my business to someone that will live up to their word. All I wanted to do was give a local company business instead of the big box store. This cost me about 950 dollars so if y'all don't want to lose that much money go to home Depot or Rainier appliance for the simple fact they do not stand up to there promises and leave you stuck with broke appliances. This has totally made my first and only house buying experience less joyful than owning your first home for I can not afford to ever buy another. Hope everybody is having a good day. I called Mike and he answered and we scheduled a time for him to fix the ice maker dispenser. First attempt failed bc he forgot to show up. Second attempt is when he was supposed to show up at 11am and didnât show so I called him and he said he was sick. This time my fiancĂ© called him to schedule and he said past couple times was his technician. My fiancĂ© explained to him that the dispenser is broken and we have a warranty from their store. Instead of resolving the matter with us, he completely degraded my fiancĂ© say that maybe we damaged it and that this isnât covered. All was well- until the washer stopped draining and spinning- just a couple months in. There were no clogs. Did the basic âYouTubeâ trouble shooting. I called them, Tech said I could bring in the pump and heâd test it. (That was one of the easy fixes in YouTube-seemed plausible). He tested it- not the problem. Reassembled. Same problem persisted- fill, but will not drain/spin⊠I asked if tech could come out and take a look/diagnose. He said no- because I took the pump out (yes.
