My mom and I came into your shop quite often. Neither one of us will be back!!!! My mom spent 50 bucks Thursday and was planning to go back and purchase another 90 bucks later if the item was still available. when leaving your shop you came running out yelling that we had stolen something and it was in the back of my truck, I asked if you'd like to search my truck, you did, but still insisted that I had your property.. insalted you searched my truck and still insisted that I had something of yours... I asked you if you would take your stuff back and exchange items for my moms check... but the last straw was when I was returning her stuff the ONLY door that I could use was very difficult to open and I'm sure it is illegal even if your not handicapped....

NEEDLESS TO SAY I'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

I understand that life never goes smoothly and you told me you had a lot of personal problems but you were just down right rude!!! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED your place and I told all who'd be Interested in your shop what a great place it was and that you could dicker .....

It felt like she hated us as soon as we walked in. She asked us if she was bugging us in a rude tone after 2 minutes when we were just looking around?? I wanted to buy a piece of artwork and there was a lot so I took two laps of the store to be sure of which I’d buy. As soon as I go to grab the one I chose she kicked us out for loitering? We were gonna come back to buy something else too for a gift for someone but now I don’t feel welcomed nor do I want to give money to someone who was rude to me for no reason. We were down visiting from southern British Columbia, Canada and searched the Internet for antique stores in the Kelso area. We found Ye Old Paint Box and were thrilled with the large variety of antiques. The Owner was friendly and told us how some of the piece were acquired which just adds to the fun of purchasing something.
