Dunkin' — Restaurant in Longwood

For starters whoever is the morning manager she should get fired. While waiting for my food and beverage she was on a personal phone call on her cell phone. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the workers looked as if they were being over worked. There was a skinny young lady (wish I had her name) was doing everything from making the drinks, to the food, to evening ringing people up. I'm assuming the older lady that was there was the manager she was also taking orders and handing the food. The place could have been cleaner and I felt bad for that one worker that was running around like a headless chicken. Unfortunately there wasn't a tip jar so I could have tipped her. The way they were serving customers and making the drinks showed that there wasn't any organization on handling the product, no structure what so ever. I don't blame the workers because they just work there, but I do blame management and the owner/owners of that franchise because it just seems that they do not care. There needs to be more structure and organization there. I just went there because I didn't have my car and was at a near by laundromat, but most likely I think I'll rather go to the starbucks that's in the opposite direction. At least there they're clean organized and well structured. I can see why they have such...

I stop at this Dunkin Donuts every week day on my way to work in the morning because they are the only DD in the area that can make my coffee correctly! However I believe the location changed ownership in the last few months and it has not been for the better...

Andrea was the absolute best. I looked forward to seeing her at the drive-thru every morning because she was always so pleasant and professional. I sincerely hope she left on her own accord, but I have a feeling it was due to new management.

This location seems to have a problem keeping up with inventory. Every other week they run out of normal covers for their iced coffee (flat covers) and have to give out those domed covers for drinks with whipped cream. Inevitably the coffee splashes all over the places, spilling in my car.

Things they have been out of in the last month alone, or don't carry at their location: tortillas for wake-up wraps, english muffins, pumpkin donuts, sugar raised donuts, smores flavor, sesame bagels, onions bagles, no longer carrying: cinnamon donuts/holes, corn/coffee cake/bran muffins, etc...

The owner needs to get his/her act together and run a fully stocked store! But at least the coffee...

My husband and I just had a really nasty experience in the drive through. They asked us to pull up to the stop sign after we paid , presumably to keep their times down. Unfortunately this blocks the person behind us that got their food before us and instigated a verbal fight because the lady was impatient and was cursing me out and calling me a ton of names. I tried to explain that they asked me to wait at the stop sign for my food. She wasn't having it and got even more aggressive with her tone. I rolled my window up, it was so uncomfortable and could have been avoidable. When I got my food she continued screaming at me even when the worker told them they told me to wait there. And she went as far as to start following my car through part of the parking lot before speeding off. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AVOIDED! Either have people park, and walk out to the parking spaces if you're worried about time, OR don't ask people to pull forward until they've recieved their food. This lady was crazy and thankfully didn't get out of her car. She could have seriously tried to hurt us over this. Completely...
