Placed an order for combo meals, one with rice and 2 with fries. My son only eats their rice Drove home 30 minutes and noticed they put fries in all 3. Called them because now I have to drive another hour back and forth to replace the rice. The cashier offered a refund the following day. My son was starving, plan was for me to pick him up and have his food ready, now we had to drive an hour unnecessarily. I get there and from in my car I saw the cook sweeping and moving the trash can with a glove on one hand and non on the other. He proceeded to cook and didn't wash his hands. I go in and tell him that Id like him to wash his hands before serving my food. He begrudgingly puts on fresh gloves and didn't wash his hands. I mentioned it to the cashier who blew it off and didn't seem to care. All 3 orders were extra rice one and extra fries on the other 2 since salad is included but none of us eat their salad. I ask the cashier to remind the cook she reminded him in Spanish to give me extra rice, he let her know he didn't want to she told him to do it, he harshly throws a little tiny bit of rice and slams the plate down. I confronted him letting him know he had some nerve after messing up my order and inconveniencing me to have an attitude. The cashier admitted over the phone that it took me calling multiple times calling before she could pick up my call because he had messed up lots of orders. She had the nerve to tell me she will not have me talking to him with a tone after he slams my food down, was refusing to give me the extra rice and refused to wash his hands. I will not recommend this place. She told me I took the rice the manager will not refund my son's meal for my inconvenience. I will be reporting the cook to the health...
Read moreI was pretty excited to try out this spot since I just moved into town and saw it on my way to work but what a let down. I actually went there happy and left pissed. 45 min before close I was told thereâs nothing left except falafel option which I had no idea what it was but the girl recommended it so I tried it. I said I wanted to dine in, which she said was ok but I needed to leave by 740. Mind you they are open til 8. I got my food quickly which was nice and the hot sauce was amazing but falafel gyro was horrible. And the fries I got were basically left overs of whatever was left in the mixing bowl. And insult to unjury the girl started mopping the floors at 730 with what smelled like straight bleach which made the falafel gyro which was not great, worse. I needed napkins which I found but the fans on high above you just blows them off the table. Iâve managed in the restaurant business for a long time and this place even tho Iâm sure might have good food was a disaster tonight. Like who thinks itâs a good ide to mop with a bunch of bleach around a customer whoâs eating??? my bleach falafel gyro was terrible. Hot sauce was the only thing that made it edible. Sorry for the shit review but terribly managed or...
Read moreOh My gyro has been my favorite restaurant for many years and has always been a weekly visit for my girls and I. Our week wouldn't be complete without our lamb platter. They have the best French fries as well! I love that when I come here my girls will eat great food without a fuss. They love their lamb!!! And the Mishkaki is to die for! Today we tried the green chutney for the first time and I didn't think it was possible to like my favorite place even more! Lol if you like spicy, then definitely use the red sauce. It has soooo much flavor.
I stumbled upon omg on accident one year when another restaurant I was going to visit and they had closed early. Definitely thankful for that day. For the past 5 years there has always been consistency. Ive never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and made to order. Not too mention how friendly the owners and staff are! We always get the friendliest greeting! They definitely take care of their regular customers! I've tried many halal spots but there are no others that compare!!! Do yourself a favor and give oh...
