Had a terrible experience with this morning at 7:20am with the 3 employees working the June 28th Saturday shift. Came in ordering multiple items and requested them to be placed in a box. I’ve been at this establishment before and done my request no issues prior. Normally the staff is friendly and compliant. But today the short young Caucasian girl with lettering tattoo on her right forearm, dyed blonde hair gave me such a hard time about it. She continually told me no even after I explained I was getting multiple items, she kept being a sarcastic with me trying to humiliate me in front of her coworkers asking me if everything would be going in the box as if it wasn’t clear and obvious, the African-American lady and the dark skinned male working with her were egging on the situation by snickering and making remarks under their breath, as if I couldn’t hear them speaking about me with their hands over their mouth. I asked for my bagel to be placed in the box in addition to the donuts that I had ordered and the young Caucasian lady told me she couldn’t do that. At this point I’m so confused why she was being extra difficult with a paying customer and made me feel very uncomfortable. Finally, as I just managed to finish the submitting my order and go to the register to pay the young Caucasian lady decided that I didn’t have enough items to justify a box so she would charge me for it in addition to all the other items that costed me over $13 at this point. Finally, I decided I wasn’t comfortable with them serving me food with the fear. It was going to be tampered with so I just decided to cancel my order and leave. The 3 young employees here need to a serious attitude adjustment. I couldn’t believe the retaliation I was receiving for simply asking for a box. Staff here was so rude this morning, and I will never come back to this establishment. I used to love coming here. These kids working here need behavioral changes because if they continue to treat customers this way it’ll hurt...

I'm not exaggerating on my multiple 5 stars! I've been going here for about a year now, and I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here. The food is very good, perfect for a quick breakfast while you're going on with your day. But the standouts have to be the drinks. There's so many flavor options and combos to try out, so it's a very specialized and unique experience whenever you go there! They have monthly specials where the team creates unique and tasty drinks each month, and I recommend checking them out! The staff are kind and welcoming. They've even given me discounts or free drinks because I come so often, but I would ask you to give them the full price as they deserve it! Overall great local...

8/30/25… I arrived at 12:55 and there was a sign to purchase thru drive thru only. I then saw a sign that said they close at 1pm on Saturday and the guy I was mopping and cleaning- I thought that it was great that they clean up at the end of each day and still were taking orders with a friendly smile.

I had placed my order through toGoodToGo- so I had never been there before. They loaded my surprise bad to the brim! I ordered iced lattes and they have over 20 different flavor syrups.
