I am very unhappy with the owner of the stores. I purchased a Serta Lift chair for 1,600 dollars and the sample chair they had on the floors was comfortable. The one that was delivered to my home was so firm it hurt my body. It also had a mechanical defect.I had a salesman come to my home who also agreed that the chair that I sat in in the store was much softer than the one that was delivered to me. They will repair the mechanical defect, but will not take back the chair and return my money.The owner said it was because I had the chair too long. The chair is almost brand new. It still has the tags on it and has hardly been used because I was ill and was in bed most of the time. The chair I sat on in the store was rented for 2 weeks and then the person purchased it. That is because the chair was comfortable. The one I have gives you a back ache just sitting on it. The owner choose not to help me. He could very easily put the chair on the floor and sell it. It is for all purposes brand new. The salesman was helpful, but the owner could care less about my problem. I am going to get in touch with the company who produces the chair. I would never ever purchase something from that store again. I am totally disgusted with the owner. If you buy a chair have them send you the floor model not a new one because you have no idea what you might get and the owner is not...
   Read moreA very bad experience. I came in on 12/24/14 around 12 noon to look for an item on the shelf. I stated to the sales employee #1, "Who came from the front" that I will buy this one! The employee took it off the shelf and went to the back room with my item. A few minutes later, #1 employee returned without it and got on the phone.
A second employee #2, " Came out from the back room" walking single file behind employee #1, with MY item in hand selling it to another customer that arrived after me. I am standing there asking why are you selling my item? I was ignored!
When I asked the employee #1, why employee #2 was selling my item that I got from the shelf, employee #2 replied, "They called ahead for this one." How can a reserved item be put on hold and still be available on the sales floor at the same time?"
Employee #2 refused to apologize for his unprofessional behavior and poor communication skills, which left the sales employe #1 with the burden of trying to locate another item for me.
I was mistreated, inconvenienced and forced to drive almost fifty miles away plus wait an additional two hours to get my item because of this incident at the Los Alamitos Location. I believe that the better business bureau needs to review...

I called looking for something that would help my mom who suffers from a SEVERE form of arthritis. They suggested the Laser Touch One, and then directed me to the Los Alamitos store, where Amol greeted me with a smile and had the product waiting for me. He was VERY friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the product to me, and show me how to use it properly. Even though I had seen wonderful reviews about this product, I was a bit skeptical because her condition is so severe. She has NO cartilage left in here body; her joints are strictly bone on bone. Extremely painful and no cure! I was in tears when she called me to say she was able to sleep through the night without waking up in pain!! This is the first time in years that she has had any relief from the pain. She called it her "miracle worker"!! I never expected such amazing results. I would recommend this product to anyone with chronic pain. I am amazed at how well it works and I can not put into words how wonderful it is to hear my mom sound happy again!
