Today thought Iβd try somewhere new, so Iβd been peeping π out this place for a while and itβs not too far from my house. So once I pulled up and walked through the door πͺ the restaurant greeter was so polite and friendly with a big smile π Nothing like being treated like you matter when you walk in a restaurant! She seated us in a great place inside the restaurant and as I looked around it was apparent that the restaurant atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming. Then our waitress came over quickly in a timely manner with a great smile and greeted us, I asked her name she said Ashley. Well Ashley was the cutest thing and was expecting a baby π₯° She gave us suggestions on the menu because there are so many yummy π selections too choose from. Our food was delicious and just so you know bring your appetite because everything comes out delicious and big portions ππ My husband tried the Bacon π₯ biscuits covered in gravy with two eggs π³on top of his breakfast. The moment his food arrived he was silent lol π I also had a Bacon π₯ biscuit, scrambled egg π₯ whites, Mamaβs potatoes π₯ and bacon it was delicious. This place is kid friendly, has inside and outside seating with a beautiful fire pit within glass just lovely! The have TVβs all around and a beautiful bar for Happy Hour π»π·π₯πΈ or just a great place for hanging out with friends or family. We loved that they have a menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with yummy choices. We want to thank Ashley for her friendliness and wonderful hospitality and customer service during our stay, she should be applauded for her efforts and great customer service. We will definitely be back to try out other delicious food on their menu especially The Kings Hawaiian French Toast I took a photo of a plate going by because I told my husband next time lol π π

Came around 10:15am. Was crowded. Waited about 20 min. to be seated for our group of 8. They asked if we wanted to sit in the patio, NO THANKS! Waited another 5 min. Server was Absolutely Amazing! Blonde tattoo chick with the cool brows. Got our orders promptly with drinks and all of our meals were Awesome! I went with the Korean Salmon. There was nothing really "Korean" about it (No Hate) but, it was still very Juicy & very Delicious! It came with some Teriyaki-type sauce, lots of Broccoli & Rice. It was a decent portion and everything blended well. I just wish I had some Siracha, Gopchujang or YucatΓ‘n Sauce to go with my meal. They didn't really have much Hot Sauce that added that extra Umami to the already amazing meal I had. It was basically 3 of their "House Hot Sauces" & Tapatio (More to be desired with their Hot Sauces). Plenty of TVs to keep one distracted if not heavy in deep conversation as I was with my friends. Servers were super nice. Place was very clean and Modern Industrial. Prices were a bit steep here but, everyone had a yummy meal and were satisfied not only with our food but with also the impeccable Service we received. I'm definitely coming back again, soon as I can. Plenty of Parking in the back as this was a Sunday and neighboring businesses were closed. I didn't see if the Restrooms we're clean or not.

Our second time here. We went during lunch. The place is so popular so there is a waiting list of 20 minutes. We invited two of our friends and it is their first time. I made our reservations via Yelp and unfortunately my name was automatically taken out of the waitlist. I had to go back to the host to let her know. She put my name in again so we waited the second time. Again I got a notification that my name was taken out of the list. I went back to the host; she spoke to her manager who spoke to me that she will take care of our reservation. Thanks to her we got our table she personally arranged the tables herself. Great service from this wonderful manager! We proceeded with our orders including a dog dinner of beef and vegetables for small puppy. When the orders arrived, my dog's dinner order of beef & vegetables where so small only had small portions of beef, a few slices of carrots and some small broccoli pls see the picture of my dog's dinner served in a togo box; maybe the run out of dog plates. My wife ordered Ceasar's Chicken salad (her usual) she noticed that there were less chicken not much lettuce and cheese, she was not happy about it. My wife's friend order Chicken & Waffles but the Chicken was over fried and the chicken inside was so dry. My freind ordered a 10 oz steak medium well and it came in well done. I was so ashamed I asked them if they want their orders redone but they declined. I tried ordering the Tuna Melt with avocados. I hate to say that the it tasted rotten and the fries were not cooked and soggy. I just pretended to like it as I was already ashamed of what has occurred with our friends orders. I paid $153 total plus a $20 tip. I feel that this second time was not as good as our first visit. Maybe because they were busy with all their overflowing customers? And their kitchen could not catch up? I don't think that quality should not suffer.

We visited the Los Alamitos location this trip for late lunch, early dinner. My husband got an All-American Beach Melt. It was a full pound cheeseburger on grilled Parmesan Sour Dough. He was delightfully overwhelmed! I decided to try the prime rib dinner because the prime rib dip is out of this world! I was extremely disappointed! The meat was cold and flavorless. The aujus again had no flavor. The creamy horseradish could have been sour cream, and it has absolutely no flavor at all, no zing. Our waitress was sweet but disappointing. All of our food came to the table at the same time. Our appetizer actually arrived after our entree plates. Our waitress did a vanishing act. She did not once return to the table. Our water and tea cups sat empty throughout our meal. Other servers took care of the tables to our right, and to our left, we remained completely ignored. After finishing our meals, we sat for about 15 - 20 minutes with my husband, trying to get anyone to pay attention to even our empty glasses. Finally, it appeared to be someone in management who asked if we were waiting for boxes. My husband told her we'd like a check AND boxes so we can leave. She brought our check and 3 boxes, no questions or comments. My husband paid in cash, and she said, "I'll see you next time." He commented."There won't be a next time." We enjoy the Foothill Ranch location, a much friendlier environment. Today's lesson learned is that it was not a good idea to order steak at a sandwich shop.

This is a pretty new restaurant and very popular. There are assigned parking spots with signs behind the restaurant. I am assuming the neighboring businesses aren't happy with the restaurant patrons using up all the parking spots. So if you go park in one of the designated spots. I didn't have a wait when I ate there. It was a off time and in the beginning of the week. The service was great and the server was very nice. I personally think the food is on the pricey side. I got the buffalo cauliflower appetizer. It was good and a huge portion. It is a whole head of cauliflower. I also got the spaghetti squash. The presentation was nice. You need to add the marinara sauce with it because it is just cooked spaghetti sauce in it's shell. You will also need like 2 more marinara sides because the ramekin is very small they serve it in. You can add mushrooms, meat, spinach to this if you want. You get nickeled and dined on this dish for sure. The people I went with enjoyed their food. They had shrimp tacos. This place is good but not great and kinda pricey. All the hype must be about the full service bar and tvs for the sports fans.

Added one star for strong draft-beer selection at killer prices during Super Happy Hour (only $5); essentially only Four Sons "The Great One" IPA not included (too strong: 9.9%), in terms of IPAs. Pulled-pork nachos also very tasty and also on Happy Hour (only $5). I recommend no jalapeΓ±os, but w/ extra pico de gallo. π Went earlier today and service was better. Aside from "The Great One," I recommend "The Pupil" IPA (from SD) and "Dig My Earth" Hazy DIPA from San Pedro - both very tasty options. Great draft-beer selection, fairly tasty grub, but service can be spotty in my experience. Beer-wise, rad happy-hour as well - I'm definitely a fan: great selection, great price. πΊ πΊ πΊ Ramp up the level of service and 3-stars goes to 4... Return visit March 30, 2021: Good stuff as always, for both adults and the spawn (kids). I do wish the IPAs rotated more these days (same choices for the last month or so) and that one of my IPA faves - 4 Sons "The Great One" DIPA - was included on happy-hour; bummer that it's not. The El Segundo "Mayberry IPA" is actually pretty decent, however. π Also, Mama's staff always does a great job.
