Yes! I will be back. It's quality for sure.

Don't let the size of the Cup itself fool you. They pack it in there, up, sideways, and all around. You really do get your money's worth for around $1.16 per ounce.

Tasted 2 flavors, ended up getting 5 different ones. All of them were stunning and tasty.

The Lemoncello he's really good, especially after linguine and clams down the street. Lol. It's got notes of lemon verbena in it, sour, and not overly sweet at all. The perfect refreshing gelato crossover to a granita.

The Dark Chocolate, Fahgettaboutit. So smooth! It's got rich deep chocolatey flavor, and Incredibly tasty. Every once in awhile you'll get a glob of chocolate sauce, and it's amazing.

Pistachio, oh my goodness! You can taste the perfectly roasted pistachios in here, and the smooth texture rounds out the experience. This is probably one of the best pistachio gelato you will ever taste in your entire life.

The hazelnut mousse & crunch tastes 99.9% exactly like the Hazelnut in Italy you've been looking for your whole life here in the United states. Yes, it's THAT good.

Rounding out my five flavors on this experience with the Mint Chocolate. You can actually taste the real mint inside. Not overly sweet, this is another refreshing one. Can't wait to taste this again during the hot summer months.

Service: 5 stars all the way. This time around there were two gals at the counter that were more than helpful, more than willing to give you a taste of this or that, and pack that gelato in there like they were hooking up one of their best friends. LOL

Parking: the only pain in the neck about this place. Lol. There is parking in the back parallel to Ventura Boulevard on the street level. If you can't find parking there, you can go downstairs in the lower parking area, then take the elevator up. I have yet to experience the elevator action, but from what I hear, it's pretty convenient.

The time of day you venture in here also matters. We got all of our gelato somewhere between 6:45 and 7:00 p.m. at 7:00 p.m., it's like all the gates opened, and there's a mad rush to get through the door.

Overall though, I feel like spending a little bit extra in the ballpark of around $10 for two flavors, you are getting your money's worth. For the flavor profile, the smoothness, the overall pallet feel and taste, this place...

I had the pleasure of visiting the ice cream place on Ventura Street in Reseda and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding customer service that made me feel right at home. My server was Nava thank you 🙏

One of the highlights of this ice cream place is their extensive selection of flavors. They truly have something to satisfy every taste bud imaginable. From classic favorites like chocolate and vanilla to unique and innovative flavors, the variety they offer is commendable. It was a delightful challenge to choose from their vast array of options, and I appreciated the opportunity to try something new and exciting.

The quality of the ice cream itself was exceptional. Each scoop was rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. It's evident that they use high-quality ingredients in their ice cream, resulting in a truly delectable treat. Whether you enjoy traditional flavors or have an adventurous palate, this place has you covered.

What truly sets this ice cream place apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff members were not only friendly and welcoming but also knowledgeable about the various flavors and happy to offer recommendations. They took the time to engage with customers, answering questions and ensuring that everyone had an enjoyable experience. Their passion for their craft was evident in their dedication to providing top-notch service.

The overall ambiance of the place was charming and inviting. The comfortable seating area and cozy atmosphere made it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your ice cream. Whether you're visiting with friends, family, or even on your own, you'll find it a delightful place to indulge in sweet treats.

In conclusion, the ice cream place on Ventura Street in Reseda is a hidden gem that truly deserves recognition. With its friendly customer service, wide variety of flavors, and exceptional ice cream quality, it exceeded my expectations in every way. To the business owner: Today I had a concerning experience at this ice cream store in Reseda. While enjoying one of their delicious ice cream cones, I bit into a hard foreign object that almost cracked my tooth and caused significant pain and discomfort. Although I understand that mistakes can happen, I wanted to bring this to the attention of the business owner as a FYI and to urge them to take immediate action to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

I was disappointed that the worker I spoke to did not offer any resolution or compensation for the incident. However, I want to clarify that I am not seeking any refund or compensation for this incident, but rather bringing it to their attention for the safety and well-being of their customers.

I have always enjoyed the unique and delicious flavors at this store, but I would appreciate greater transparency around their quality control measures and better customer service in handling incidents like this one.

I urge the business owner to ensure that their staff is properly trained to handle these types of situations and to take immediate action to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Variety to pick from. Absolutely delicious. First time here, hardly waited in line. The staff was very hospitable. Plenty chairs and tables were available, inside and out. Super clean too. Great place to take your family or a date.
