Antonio's Tacos and Kabob — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I honeslty had high hopes for this place as my brother had recommended it here for the kabobs. I however was craving asada nachos and this location was the closest to me so I ordered that. I ordered through doordash and the name for the fries with asadas is misleading as its under “Antonio’s meat nachos”. Any other customer would assume it’s asada nachos and fries is just an add on but no. So I remove the fries thinking that it was included in addition to the nachos. They deliver my meal and it’s just cheese with the toppings. The cheese should have been my sign to not order again because it was so stiff. However I placed another order where I chose the correct option of nachos. It was again disappointing. The cheese they use is gross. I don’t know if it’s cause it was super old but it was stiff and felt like plastic. I tried to melt it in the microwave and it didn’t even melt! Our Dental Offices from Sun Valley and Pacoima have been placing orders for our Employees for the past 7 years On todays order for staff we paid about $200 and one Employee's plate was missing, i called the Manager after 20minutes calling unable to reach anyone. Cashier answers understands my complaint and says they are very busy and Manager will call back, Manager calls back 15minutes later and says there is nothing he can do because he has cameras and swares he sent the plate. i personally received and unpacked all orders and was missing only One and if i wasn't going to receive plate missing after so many years i would no longer do business with this restaurant, the Manager said good we don't want your business and hung up on me. This place is hands down one of the best kabob places I've been to. I am vegetarian and they have really good, flavorful grilled veggies, cooked just right. Not mushy at all. The rice is so buttery and the hummus is rich and creamy. The falafels are some of the best I've had. They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a really good flavor profile. The cucumber and tomato salad was really fresh and the best side dish in my opinion was the corn with black beans. It had a fresh lemony flavor that went so well with the main course. The salsas were also really good, the green salsa was my favorite, not too spicy but with a good little kick. Additionally, the service was terrific.
