Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I just picked up a cake from this location for my son who just turned 8 years old. I've ordered from this location in the past, but did not realize ownership had changed? Which made a world of difference to myself & wife it was absolutely unacceptable & beyond disappointed. We supplied a picture & I said it was to feed 6 people & the lady taking the order advise & recommended a sheet size was bigger. Upon picking up the cake, it " the cake" was barely big enough to feed 3- small children. Unbelievable how they could give such a small portion & pass it off as to feed 8-12 people for $55+ Dollars. Extremely unprofessional & rude. I will not be back to support this business. I don't recommend this...

Really bad experience , i just moved here , I was accustomed to get my weekly banana split at my local BR, but when i got mine from this one in north hills,ca it was a disaster since i said "can i get a banana split" the banana was way too ripe,the fudge was way too thin,almost to the point that i looked like syrup and the toppings was almost non existent ,i told the guy to give me more whipp,fudge and almonds and i was charged $3 dollars for something other BR TO THEIR REGULAR banana splits . . . i wont be going back here any more.....really sad that BR headquarters does not regulate or keep their eyes on quality on their...

Was in line waiting for 10min. When 2 woman 1 man a child just walked up and started ordering and when I said something they just shrugged it off. So I had to wait another 12 min to get my stuff . Don’t ever go to this Baskin Robins ever ever ever!!!!👎🏻 service was the worst and the staff was unclean and lazy!!
