Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Been going to this location for over 18 years now. Never had such a bad experience there. I went this past Saturday night and neither of the 2 girls working greeted us. Didn't think anything of it until they started serving the 2 customers that came in after us. We let the girls know we'd been waiting for about 15 minutes so they finished up and one started helping me. I placed my order and after 25 minute of being there I'm holding my items and pass her my card. She goes ," awwww, you don't have cash?! Our machines broken." I felt like saying to her if you'd greet the customers upon entrance and notify them that the machine is down first before making them wait about a half hour you'd save yourself a lot of drama. Needless to say out of frustration I abandoned my ice cream and the other one I was buying for a family member. I was going to order a birthday cake through them for my son's birthday too but I've completely changed my mind. I don't even want to come back to this location. Terrible service and...

I took my son and daughter to this BR yesterday around 6:00 PM for a shake and a ice cream cone for their birthday. It was the worst service I have ever experienced my son ordered a shake but the woman who made it did a lousy job. It was basically Milk with a little ice cream in it and very runny. I asked her to put a little more ice cream in it and shook the cup to show her that it was basically water but she said it would be an extra dollar to put more ice cream in, I again showed her that it was not at all an ice cream shake, she then told me that the manager would get mad if she had to put in more ice cream. My mother and I were craving some Baskin-Robbins but we were shock after we sat down and began to enjoy our ice cream. My mom had got a scoop of ice cream on one of the Fancy cones with nuts. As we were sitting and enjoying the ice cream one of the female employees starts to display to the cones she picks up one that was broken and asks another employee, “Did you take a bite out of this, is this come yours?”. The other female employee responded, “Oh yeah, that’s my cone I forgot about it,” and continued to laugh.
