This place has great Boba. And for the price of $5 for a more than reasonable size, this is arguably the best place in my opinion. They aren't killing your wallet for a quick refreshing drink like most Boba places do. Really relaxing atmosphere and I do really appreciate the fact that they support local artists as they have canvases on their walls for sale. I recommend trying their Thai tea Boba. Generic I know but they do really know how to make it. But for the love of God please be patient. There's only 1-2 employees working there at a time. You WILL get your drink and it will be amazing. Just dont give the hard workers attitude. Ive seen them with high traffic and watching them work can give you a headache with how fast they are able to multitask making drinks. You'll even question if they have more than two hands! These guys deserve more credit than they get im sure. If you're able to give them a tip, id recommend doing so. But Im certain they dont get paid enough for the amount of work they do. Keep it up guys. You are killing it with your top tier customer service and quality of...
Read moreI come here almost 2 times a week. Never thought I'd be leaving a bad review until now. The past 3 times I've visited, the same girl has left something out of what I ordered. THREE TIMES... back to back to back. I thought it was because I wasn't speaking loud enough, but I specifically remember asking for boba first. Who goes to a boba place to not get boba?
I asked her after she made the drink where my boba was? She said "oh well to add it, it'll be $0.50 cents I said cool. She then proceeded to say "we only ring up items that are over a dollar, so did you want to add something extra?" I said no, I just want the drink I asked for. So then she didn't give me boba, and seemed perfectly fine with that.
Sad to say, maybe I'll wait a bit before going back or next time I'll ask to see what they added to my order. That's what...
Read moreI'm lactose intolerant so I asked for one boba with oat milk but the cashier took my order incorrectly. When they handed me my drinks I asked if it had oat milk and she said no. I told her I asked for oat milk and she said she would have to charge me for it. I said okay and then she tells me I had to buy something else because it had to be a purchase of a certain amount for the transaction to go through. So I got some chips and then after she gave me my drinks she saw my chips and said those were like an extra dollar or 50 cents that she thought she had charged me for hot Cheetos. I don't know how she can charge me incorrectly when I placed the bag right in front of her. This was also all before I had to go to work so I was even more upset for all the time wasted and hassle they...
