Que Ricos Fresh Mexican Kitchen — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I had an appointment next door at the medical center and my mom had dropped me off in the parking lot and was going to order herself food while she waits for me to be done with my appointment. 2 minutes after I get out of my car, the old guy, whom I assume might be the manager, comes speeding out and yells at me to turn around. I could hardly hear with the traffic from the Main Street next to you and he starts telling me “you can’t park here, you need to leave.” I told him that my Mom dropped me off and is going to get out and eat right now while she waits for me. He didn’t believe me and said “people lie and tell me that all the time.” I told him, don’t worry about it she’s going to go in. After a few more seconds of arguing, I told him to forget it, she’ll just eat elsewhere. I called my Mom and told her to leave. She doesn’t need that type of service. I don’t appreciate the way he came at me, especially since my Mom was going to be a paying customer. It’s not right to come running out to yell at a potential customer who was literally only parked for 2 minutes. There’s a reason this place and parking lot is always empty every time I come around here. It’s only 8:30 in the morning, chill out. Do yourself a favor and...

This has to be the worse Mexican food I've ever had. And it's almost impossible to make bad Mexican food but somehow this place has achieved it. I ordered through Uber eats, never having eaten here before, but the pictures looked good. And boy was I mistaken. This place was disgusting. I actually threw my food away and got a refund after sending pictures and an email to Uber eats. We got the wet burrito, a burrito bowl, the corn, and a side of rice. Only thing edible was my jarritos. How do you make rice nasty? By far the most disgusting item was the wet burrito. It was soaked in a liter of sauce. The sauce flavor was horrendous. And it was soggy and mushy. Completely inedible. Have a look at these pictures. Look at what they advertise and what I got. Whatever you do save yourself money and having a horrible taste in your mouth, and just avoid this place. The street corn was watery. Did you not drain the water out the corn after you boiled it? I mean come on... You guys should close and not be in business....

Horrible experience here thanks to Laura. She was rude to everyone the entire time I was there waiting for my order. I called my order in an hour before the closing time and was told to hurry along with some attitude from Laura. Then when I arrived to pay for my order she realized that she never put my order in and proceeded to give me attitude saying I probably ordered something else that’s why the order was missing. Regardless she took my money and put my order in. When I received my order it was wrong…at this point I don’t know if she did it on purpose…I walked back to return the food and she was again rude and denied that it was her fault.. she continued to argue with me instead of correcting my order until the cook stepped in to apologize for her and to say he was working on my correct order. She behaved unbelievably rude and demonstrated to not care about her job and the many people...
