Boba Fresca — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Well I went to the place about 3 weeks back and they were amazing and couldn't wait to go back the first woman that made my drinks did so well I was honestly amazed I had 2 thai teas and 1 matcha frap. So I go have today and leave excited but also worried cus 2 kids were making the drinks 😑 so sad the drinks were not the same way at all the 2nd time around 😔 my drinks tasted like lightly flavored sugar water mind you I got the same thing as last time only difference is that it was different people that made the drinks this time hopefully they will get trained properly because i really thought i loved this place i will give it 1 more chance and hope the first Lady...

Wanted to like this cute little spot so much. Ordered 6 drinks many of which were recommended. The milk tea was awful and my cup was cracked and at least two inches of drink spilled all over my leg. Brought the drink back in and instead of being remade they added ice to a new cup and transferred what was left of my drink. Even with all the ice it was way below the top. Super lame. To top it off they forgot about the last drink and we had to run back in for it. 2 stars since the not recommended banana smoothie...

Horrible people, especially the owner

Made a big deal to my teen age daughter over her employee having messed up her order......and tried giving her "free advise on how she should react when her order gets messed up".....like ur gonna talk smack to my teen daughter because ur employee got the order wrong????!!!
