Crescent Inn — Hotel in Los Angeles

These people are thieves , don’t forget any valuables because they will not return them back , I stayed here 2 nights ago , and left my necklace on top of the cabinet ..I came back like 2 hours later when I got there the room was already cleaned ..I asked them if they found my necklace and they tried blaming it on the house keeper saying she was the only that went inside , after I talked to the house keeper and she told me that they check the rooms first before she goes in ..with that being said I know they are lying thieves ..they didn’t even bother trying to get my information just incase they “found it “ It’s unfortunate because this was my favorite place because they did seem like nice people , but I guess they really don’t value...

i wouldn’t give this hotel even one star because their rooms are very dirty, especially the bathroom, and some rooms may have the smell of weed. the toilet also doesn’t flush very well, the shower and toilet is dirty.. i wouldn’t blame it on the cleaning person because she can barely walk on her own. i would blame the hotel to hire new people to help out the lady.. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel although it...

The old man who answered the phone finally is rude as hell. I booked 2 rooms seperatly and just wanted to confirm with him that they are both booked. He said if you booked it then it is. Then I said well i booked them seperatly so i just want to double check and he said but you booked it so it is. Just help me sir!!!! So ill be unbooking for my 2 rooms and 4 night stay.
