Yesterday, I had the worst customer experience. The owner decided to arbitrarily over charge me for a strawberry Boba. I pulled my Bank of America card out and she already gave me a disgruntled look but I ignored it. She then proceeded to add extra charges to the transaction explaining to me that there is a extra fee for using a credit card, which they have never done before when I purchased food with the other employees that have always worked there.Then added another charge because I ordered under 5 dollarswith a card. Monday I bought soup for 3.99 I didn't get charged for having a 5 dollar minuim or cause I was using a card. Now back to what happen yesterday when she took my transaction, I tried to explain they have never charged me for ever using a card even when buying something under 5 dollars from there.She immediately started to make excuses in her defense then I showed her my reciepts... Understand people you have the option when at the register if you wanna add that on or not. It was a normal calculator register where all prices can be changed manually by anyone at anytime. So this owner went out of her way to add these charges out of some personally mission? I can only assume that she was judging me off apprecance which is wrong on her part just because you say hi and thank doesn't mean you can't judge (anyone who's paying you for what you do is going to say hi especially if you are running a restaurant) also is look like if you are a ongoing customer I see you get treated better than some one who just started coming. Over all I would never reccomend going as long as she is owner of that restaurant, Just think behind close doors she's probably even worst to her workers.

On day of delivery, received a call 15mins before the delivery suppose to show up that they made a mistake and they will not be able to deliver on time. Was told delivery will be 15mins late. Delivery was actually more than an hour late!! When asked what compensation can be given, all was told was that they will do something but nothing was really mentioned. Called back multiple times and phone number on website just kept going to busy tone. Keep in mind this is an order for close to $400. I have guest waiting for food for an hour sitting in hunger. Finally got a hold of someone at the restaurant to find out that it will take another 10-15mins for the delivery which by now it has been an hour late. Will never go to this...
Read moreI am trying to be fair in this review...I ordered a ramen bowl via a delivery service. It was sent as a whole bowl, all together, rather than the industry standard of packaging the broth and noodles separately. As a result, my order was nothing but mush. Additionally, the egg (for which I paid extra) was rather abnormal for ramen...it was done in the style of egg drop soup, rather than softboiled or fried and placed on top. I wouldn't recommend ordering ramen from this establishment. It tasted OK, but the way it was sent was amateurish at best, and the way the egg was served was bizarre and not precisely "right" for ramen.
