SO DISGUSTING!!! Health board needed asap wish I would have went to restroom before eating!!!

We drove all the way from North Hollywood because this place had good reviews on google. Waitress was very attentive and polite. Ordered the taco plate which came with two shrimp tacos beans rice and salad. Shrimp tacos were OK, waited about 40 minutes for our soup we ordered the fish soup. My girlfriend did not eat the soup I drank the broth only it was a very disgusting soup whole pieces of fish with the spines and skin, fish tasted very horrible. Tables were dirty, Bathrooms were disgusting there is a view of the kitchen from the woman's bathroom they have a mess everywhere sauce on the walls, gum on the floor floors look like they haven't been cleaned in over two years. don't eat here unless you want to get sick. $40.00 for two very small cups of onion soup, gave only one fork and spoon, a tall cup of some shrimp soup that apparently is a favorite for my friend. chips and sauce was included . Let me tell; for me; it was not worth any of my money, though I did leave them a $5.00 tip before I tasted the food. When I took a bite into the shrimp all I got was a gush full of lemon juice in which I choked for a 20 min. on. It was awful, I didn't taste the shrimp meat at all. A mouth full of lemon juice is all I got when attempting to chew the white supposedly shrimp. I couldn't eat. The onion soup was mostly water and could fill a child up. I went to this place today for my lunch break with my supervisor and co-workers. The place was nice and neat and the waitress was incredibly attractive as well well mannered. They gave us good appetizers to start for free I believe. Took almost 30 minutes to take our order. I would have gave them a fast time two of my co-workers complained about their fish being over breaded and another said he's plate wasn't so delicious. I had a Shimp cocktail Wich personally I loved.
