7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

They are the rudest 711 workers i have ever experienced. I was making a purchase and wanted 10 dollars cash back.then i was going to make a second purchase and do cash back again for 5 dollars and he shooes me away with his hand and says "no not again you use ATM" I told him i only needed 5 cash back and he said no and shooes me away again while shaking his head and calls the next person. They are always rude when I go there and I have heard them yelling at people from across the store . Who ever is the owner of this 711 you need to retrain your people on how to be polite to the customers. there are different ways of going about things ypu dont have to be rude just because you either are having a bad day or just...

At 10:00 pm, there are four people working, all of them behind the counter, but apparently only one person knows how to run a register. Meanwhile, all of them are standing there talking and doing absolutely nothing. The one guy who is running the register, just standing there waiting for a customer to get back up to the counter, and instead of ringing someone else up at the second register, he's just standing there talking with everyone else. I think all four of them need to be written up and told how to work. Fortunately, the day staff is a lot better. I shall only come back during the day until these four people are either working better, or not working...

I walk In just to buy a water this Indian lady saw me with my Starbucks cup when I wasn't even drinking it she told me I can't have that cup inside I told her I wasn't drinking it she is so disrespectful she messed up my morning couldn't even buy a water. I don't understand why she had to point it out infront of everyone it doesn't say anywhere that u can't take drinks inside.
