Leaving ZERO STARS on Service, so hopefully that shows up correctly on the review. My experience wasn't worth giving 1 Star.
Don't even waste your time placing mobile orders here. The managers and the employees never receive your order. They don't even know how the Carl's Jr app works. They're extremely rude about it and it's basically "too bad, not my problem, please leave" high and mighty attitude. Spoke to them in Spanish because they spoke Spanish and then when I spoke in English they got offended and treated me worse because I switched to English. My order was confirmed and checked in through the app and received the email confirmation too, yet nobody could give me an answer to why my order wasn't ready and how to get it resolved. It got so frustrating speaking to the lady working the drive thru window, because she kept talking to me like I don't know how to place an order when it's clearly placed on my phone screen and I'm showing them. They kept saying I'm wrong and need to actually place the order to the point it got frustrating and I just wanted to know how to cancel the order and they refused to help me, telling me to figure it out, and basically saying that's not their problem if I got charged. Whoever manages this store needs to retrain all your employees that were working today 2/17/24 @630pm, because they were extremely rude and disrespectful and don't care that you might've lost your money and don't care to help you and ignore you when you're trying to get the problem resolved. Never had such a bad experience at any fast food establishment as tonight and hope you don't lose business over the way your employees handle issues with mobile orders. Read moreEdit: I should share my experience here too. I arrived at ~5:09 p.m. and placed an order in the drive-thru. There was only one car ahead of me. Apparently someone had placed a huge order inside the restaurant and the staff was focused solely on them. It took at least 10 minutes for the person in front of me to get their order and at least another 10 for me to get mine. I wish these times were exaggerations but they're not. I had to turn my car off to save gas more than once. I knocked on the window to get someone's attention and they told me just a little bit longer. But it was A LOT longer. I almost set the drink I'd been given on the drive-thru windowsill and left with the intention of reversing the charge with my bank. I was so mad. Cars started lining up behind me. One started honking. It was mortifying like it was my fault. FINALLY, at 5:35 p.m., I got my order. I was the second car in the drive-thru and it took 26 minutes to get my food. Not our fault it’s not showing in your systems. Confirmed with my bank and showed a receipt of the order. And a bank statement of the deduction of money that was taken from the order.
