Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am so disappointed with the service I received today at this Carl's Jr. I ordered my favorite burger, the California double as a combo,and got a Western burger for my boss. I ate some of my fries on the drive back to work. To my unfortunate surprise, when i opened my sandwich, it was a single not a double! I called the store, then went back with the mistake they'd made and my now cold 3/4 full container of fries. I asked for fresh fries for the corrected burger that i had to wait on to be prepared again, and i was told that they couldn't do anything about the fries because I'd eaten some!!!! What kind of customer service is this!!!! I had to come all the way back to your store because YOU messed ip, and now i have to eat cold fries!!! Needless to say, i left the fries and had to force down at least some of this burger without having my usual "fries on the burger" treat. I am sooooo mad!! In spite of the fact that I have never personally eaten here before when my mom, our puppy Emerald and I accompanied Sharon an acquaintance of ours to buy her hamburger, fries and soda from here I found out just how repulsive everything smells! The hamburger smelled like it had a cheap turkey sausage and the French fries had a horrific rancid oil stench! The reason why some people deign to eat here ever is beyond my understanding, but I surmise my mom is correct when she says that each head is a different world! For my mom and me the food they sell here is of a very cheap and disgusting quality but for Sharon I guess it is the most luscious food in the whole wide world! The lady that took her order at the drive through was very friendly and attentive but that does not erase the fact that the food they sell here needs a huge make -over! I sincerely hope that some day they improve the quality of their meals so that they can attract more customers and make everyone happy in the process! Fat...

So I ordered my meal in drive thru and the man charged my card full priced even though I provided a coupon. The best he could do is a dollar sandwich and more soda and fry that I did not want . I asked wilferdo to just provide a refund and he refused do to the time of the night. I feel that I was charged in full and was not given the best customer service, I would had preferred a refund but instead I got extra expensive soda that I did not want . I just wanted the order to be corrected but because of the timing is now have to take a soda that I know I will not drink since I already had a soda but now I have 2.. not the best experience , I will not be coming in the evening times for sure !!! Following up, I've spoken with the daytime manager, she was so nice and explained that there has been new hiring and the people are still in training and I completely left satisfied on my return trip today .
