Super disappointed at the lack of care for customers. I ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday. The only thing that made it custom was the printed picture on the frosting. They have a cake book but they admit they can't make any cake from the book because they don't carry any toys. Then they need a minimum of two weeks for a "special" cake then forget and want to to solve the issue by only offering a pre-made cake from their fridge when the cost of the original cake that was ordered had a cost of $105. I've had so many issues with their customer service and I kept coming back and giving them another chance. However, after they "forgot" my daughter's cake and wanted to pretend they didn't have a note for it or any such order. I was done. I wanted to do something special for my daughter and I trusted the wrong people. They didn't follow through and thought a cake that they've had sitting in their fridge would solve the issue. That's the last chance they'll get from me....

Best family bakery owned in the LA Vermont district!- I've been coming here for years and recently found out they also made fondant cakes for those of you who are looking for formal event types of cakes.. theyve always had a showroom that ive always walked by at but never took a stop to see their cake walk till recently their bread is amazing and the cakes are to die for... the only thing I wish they really sold more often are buttercream cakes.. they only sell whipped cream cakes and gives the cakes a bitter taste in my opinion... you have to order the kind of cake you want since they don't have buttercream cakes on display.. all in all this is an...

Dont Bother. I feel like im a Mexican bread connoisseur and this place just isnt worth it. Sonebif the bread was left out in rhe open. I definitely did not like that. Also the bread looks flat. Not appetizing. The cashier went so far as to place the little machine where one inserts the card into on top of one of the trays on which one places the pieces of bread one is choosing. I thought that was pretty grosse. Definitely no attention to detail at this bakery. Go to the bakery that is in the little shopping complex on Hoover and Venice. Next to Nunoz Market.
