Take note of the fake reviews, and listen to all the bad reviews, they are legitimate reviews, and the fake ones, are not true.
Your food is served cold, they keep replacing people, and fail to teach them good customer service ethics, it serves no purpose to keep hiring new people, if the people ( MANAGERS ) that are hiring new people are the ones that teach the bad service.
Us as customers have nothing to do with Hero pay, and how to keep employee moral high, we just want to get quality food like we use too, but lately even the thought of getting take out is not something I wanna do because of this bad service trend that's going around.
Maybe we should show employees videos of emerging tech, that will unfortunately replace all employees, and there's nothing that can be done about that, they dont call off, they dont complain, and the worst thing that could happen is, it breaks down, and gets replaced, which it won't complain about that either.
I'm not sure what will be of the fast food industry, but the outlook is very unpredictable. And I came here to talk about the bad food I got, I mean who doesn't get bad food right?..😅 there's my rant, f this place and the stale food...
Read moreThe last time I ordered here it was fast and the person who took my order was nice. This time they added a kiosk to order; When I went to order the middle aged male manager pointed at me and signaled me to order through the kiosk but I wanted to use a coupon so I couldn't use the kiosk because they have no option to add it. I waited around 3 minutes for them to take my order but the manager just ignores me and continues to take make orders so I decide to use the kiosk and ordered with no coupon discount available. I waited around 5 MORE MINUTES and saw that other people were getting their orders done even though they ordered after me. I then told the manager I want to use my coupon and he told me to wait and he would take my order but there was already someone else waiting in line and then he continues to make other orders and I waited 3 more minutes until I decided to leave.
This is the worst I have been treated because he clearly didnt want to help me. I felt disrespected and just wasted my time waiting only for me to be ignored and others had their orders done even though I had already ordered.

Read moreOnce again this Jack in the box has very Bad Customer Service. And the Bad Customer Service is not coming from the employees. It's coming from the Managers. So I walked into Jack in the Box in the evening around 3:30pm on Tuesday. The Manager and the Assistant Manager is at the front counter. They seen me walk into the restaurant. Did not say welcome to Jack in the Box they just looked at me and went back to whatever they were focused on. Obviously a customer walking through the front door wasn't important. So I take a quick look at the menu and decided on what I wanted. I then walked over to the area in front of the register to make my order. The Managers completely ignored me. I had to step aside and clear my throat loudly and ask "Is anyone working here?" With an attitude the Manager took my order.
