Happy it's redone. I just wish they kept the homeless out and actually followed the rules about smoking (weed) and drinking at the park.. Also gating off the grass area because of the damage the soccer games caused, when you have a sign that says "no soccer". They aren't very good about inspecting the park, found that out after they failed to remove a grill stand and placed a trash can to disguise it. It had rusted jagged edges and my son cut his rib cage on the stand playing tag because he didn't see it behind the trash can. I informed them the next day because they were closed and it was removed. Luckily, he's up to date on shots and the cut wasn't deep. Read moreThe play equipment has definitely improved. It looks safer and cleaner and fun. The sand has been replaced by rubber. There is a lot more rope now as opposed to bars. The exercise equipment is really effective on your abs and arms. You just have to make sure you are using it correctly so you don't hurt yourself. The grass is green this time of the year. Sometimes it will be fenced off because it is being treated. It says you can't play soccer, Saturday mornings there might be adults or kids people playing it.
