The only reason I am giving this location two stars and not one is because it is a large location with plenty of games. I didn't think it was possible for the food to get worse here, but it has. The microwave French fries were still frozen inside and the pizza had a puddle of grease on top of it. The food was not good, but that is almost expected. What I did not like was the fact that we were there on a Friday (regular school day for all schools except my sons school due to a teacher conference) at 12pm. When we first arrived there were less then three families there each family had no more then 2 children. There were plenty of staff for the time of day we were there however when I walked up to the counter to place a order for a beverage and desset item, I waited patiently as the employee wS counting money in the register (an hour and a half after they opened). After, literally, 4.5 minutes, I said "excuse me can I place an order with you for a drink and a dessert?" Zero response from the employee who seemed to be a manager or at least assistant manager. This woman did not even look up fron the money she was STILL counting! I again said, "excuse me, I'm really sorry to bother you but can I get help from someone?" This woman looked up at me and then looked back down. I know working at a place like that can be annoying or stressful with all the kids and parents running around but if you're going to have the worst attitude and worst customer service provided, then you probably should find a new job. Also, if it takes that long to count the small amount of cash she had yesterday, she probably shouldn't be handling it that much. This woman's attitude made me never want to go back to that location ever again. We also asked them to refill the paper in the photo machine so the kids could take a photo. We were there 3.5 hours and not one person came at all! Choose a different location or go to Shakeys if your kids want to play games while...
Read moreParty, party, party! My kids never get tired going to this place. Chuck E. Cheese’s is practically a part of every typical kid’s childhood. We celebrated my daughter’s 2nd birthday here, altogether with my husband’s surprise birthday celebration, and it was a blast! We were in Disney-themed costumes and both children and adults had fun. The unlimited salad bar is my favorite thing to order. I like every ingredient, especially the jello and fresh veggies. I make it a point that I always go to the official website to make use of the coupons—for food and play cards. I would admit, I feel like a little kid whenever I come here. I get thrilled winning tons and tons of tickets! And oh boy, when there are balls to be picked with a claw, I make sure we take home at least 5. The happiest moment was when we brought home big Munch and baby Munch. I can’t remember exactly how many tickets we spent for them, but it was probably close to 6000. We still have about 3000+ tickets to exchange, but we are saving them for a bigger prize. The trick? Buy an unlimited play card using an online coupon, good for at least an hour. Choose a “skills game” and when you feel like you can readily master it, keep playing in the same station. A very memorable experience was when my in-laws came to visit and we brought them there. Never too old to have fun! 😄 What they like most are the printed photos and sketches that they took home as...
Read moreUPDATED REVIEW: We decided to give this Chuck E. location another shot. After all, historically it has always been our go-to place for good food and entertainment.
This how our visit went:
Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by a friendly host. We were again greeted on the floor by management and again by the person behind the counter. More then one register was open and ordering food was fast and easy. Next, finding a place to sit. Finding a clean table to sit wasn’t an issue this time around as it seems like they hired more workers to clean the restaurant and games. The restrooms were also very clean. The food was ready reasonably quick, I really like their new system of giving an electronic buzzard. When your food is ready it vibrates. No more having to leave someone behind at the table as the lookout for the food to arrive. Everyone can go and play with the kids and the buzzer will notify you when it’s time to grub. The food was great! You can see, smell, and taste the goodness of the food! I especially recommend their Veggie pizza, totally worth the $4 dollar upgrade. All-n-all this was a great experience and I can once again recommend this Chuck-E location to anyone who is looking for great food and a memorable time with the family!
P.S. I recommend that you download their new app for coupons and points but it’s still new and has a few glitches...
