Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ordered through the Subway app and never received my order. Called this location and was advised to contact door dash for a refund. Door Dash informed me they're not responsible for the refund since I ordered directly from the Subway app. After going back and forth I still haven't gotten my money back and the supervisor at Subway is never there has not been helpful when he is. He keeps redirecting me to DoorDash and saying they will not provide me my money back. It Clearly states online that Subway should provide a refund or provide a replacement order at the time of this occured. After speaking to someone from the Subways customer service they also agreed that this manager has no clue on how to proceed in such case. I will now be disputing this with my bank and go from there.

I have been going there for a long time. But I don’t like what the owner does to the workers he has a camera on the employees to make sure they don’t put a lot of vegetables in the subs. The employee told me they only followed rules I asked her how much lettuce does she put on a 12” and she showed me a card that said 1.5 once’s.
