Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Had a bad experience here. The cashiers messed up and gave us back the wrong change. We paid with a $50 and they only gave us back $4 and some change when our order was only $22. Then who we assume was the manger came over when we brought it up to them, she already came over with a rude attitude asking what was wrong she then called over the girl that gave us our change back to verify if we really did pay with a $50 to which she said yes. The lady then simply just said give them back $13.. which made no sense. If my order was $22 and we gave a $50 shouldn’t we get back more than $13?? Our change should have been $27-28. When we pulled our phone and calculated it for her our calculator app, instead of apologizing for their mistake the lady became upset and said “you can have your $50 back”. We asked for her name which she refused to give to us. Not sure if this was a genuine mistake or some kind of scam to keep the extra change. To top it off, during this whole situation our autistic toddler is having a meltdown because he’s expecting his food, since we were turned away that was even more of a meltdown for him and super hard for me as a mom to explain to him and for him to comprehend that they simply didn’t want to give us our food. Ordered my food simple cantina chicken taco crunchy was supposed to be two she only ended up giving me one. In order of cinnamon twists and nacho cheese fries the cinnamon twist taste absolutely horrible they are not changing the oil this is a health hazard. The oil is dirty and whatever they're frying the same things as a cinnamon twist in is onto the cinnamon twist and it's disgusting it's so nasty I'm so upset I got all the way to panorama City and tasted one of these and it's horrible I had to throw the whole thing away. The cantina chicken taco that I got was disgusting it had no flavor I don't know who's cooking the food there but they need to be fired. The service here is absolutely horrible I called to ask to speak to the manager I was hung up on. I'm so irritated and hungry I just wasted $10 for no reason. Don't go here. I went here recently and I didn't have any problems like this so I don't know if it's just the people that are working on Sunday that they just don't care cuz the vibe when I ordered my food was like really rude and they just didn't care. But yeah I want to go here I've come here before and gotten tacos and it was fine but I don't know today was horrible. And and your manager shouldn't even be a manager if they can't get on the phone and speak to a customer regarding the order that they just paid for is taste nasty. Smfh. I'll be contacting...

FOOD MADE ME SICK! Two regular tacos and next morning I’m laid up in bed with the runs ‘:( I’ve not had Taco Bell in 4-5 years and I don’t eat fast food nor processed much at all, but this is not good. I’ve got zapped energy and can’t do a thing! It’s 11am Monday morning already. There goes half my day.

And yes, as other reviews say..pretty crummy vibe and people here. I went in since the drive through was long. Went right to the kiosk and ordered. Went to wait a few feet from the counter as you do, and the manger from the back of the kitchen and in an accent so strong I had to ask 3 times what she was even saying..she yells: You used the kiosk!? - in a way like - you should, we don’t want to deal with you. Dang! There goes customer service. And I’m used to accents coming from another country and living in NYC over a decade.

Food looked good and I was surprised to kind of like the tacos (after NYC where all fast food has tanked and is nasty)..but to get sick on it says a lot about how it’s made in a lab, beef isn’t beef, and it may have been spoiled - it shot right through me hours later.

GROSS.

Never stepping foot in another Taco Bell....
