Horrible treatment. Absolutely horrible. One of the staff members who works there treated me worse than garbage. Worse than scum. Just because I needed to use the bathroom. He painted me as if I was an absolute total low-life. He made false accusations against me. He falsely accused me of having a friend in there who went into the bathroom to sleep. He imagined in his sick twisted mind that I was going to do the exact same thing. He made a whole big fuss about me using the bathroom. Denying me access when I got there as they were closing it down for a while to clean it. During that period, he kept asking me numerous times if I was a customer with them. Asking me if I made a purchase with them. Telling me to buy something first before using the bathroom. I was having a bathroom emergency to the point where if I moved around too much, it would have came right out of me. I practically had to beg and plead with the guy to let me use the bathroom. When he finally let me use it, he told me to hurry up and not to sleep in there. I am furious at such horrible mistreatment. When I left the bathroom, I took some money out of my wallet. I went right up to him and waved the money right in front of his face. I told him that I don't appreciate him treating me like I'm some kind of a low-life. And that I don't appreciate him making false accusations against me. I don't know anybody there. I don't have a friend who went into their bathroom to sleep. He again asked me if I was going to buy something. I told him, I was, but not now due to him implying that I'm some sort of a low-life. At which point he responded by telling me that he will refuse to allow me to use the bathroom in the future. This guy is totally beyond horrible. He goes around making false accusations against me. Well, you know something, it's a two way street. He's done it to me, and I'm going to do it to him. I'm going to make a false accusation against him now: He has a friend who's a serial killer. And in addition, he is an accomplice to his serial killer friend. His friend murders people in their bathroom at, The Crave. And he joins his serial killer friend in the bathroom where they both murder people together. You see, I can do it too. He's not the only one who can go around making false accusations against me. I can do it too. And I just did. So now that the shoe is on the other foot, how...

After finishing some work in the area the best way to treat your body in a cool weather is with a hot cup of coffee or tea for people who don't take caffeine. 2 coworkers and myself were heading home and decided to make a stop in this location. The place is huge with 4 sections to enjoy whatever we order if we dine in, I didn't get to check out the whole place, but I can tell is big, looks like there is a bar. And when is hot there is a nice patio to enjoy the view plus this place is very clean. I also noticed that some goers were working with computers, I believe the cafe has a wifi, not sure but if anyone is willing to do some work while enjoying coffee try this place. The workers are very nice . My coworkers ordered a hot vanilla latte and they both got the round shape cake I believe it was mango, and I had the hot mocha latte with a pistachio croissant. And I can tell only from my side because we don't share. I would say when ordering hot drinks be very careful, my latte was beyond hot, which is good when is a cool day, I'd rather let my drink to cool down than getting it Luke warm. And i know some people can take super hot drinks or food, but that's it my case. Anyway just be careful don't burn ur tongue. Btw The cup where the latte is served is very nice. And now the reason Im not rating the food is because I didn't eat any , it was just coffee and pastries but I might stob by one day and try. The only problem here seems to be the parking, I didn't ask so I can't tell for sure if they have parking lot or not, I believe mostly is paid the meter, but don't forget to check the time, don't get a ticket because is really annoying. Other than that I highly recommend the coffee and pastries from this place . And the last part I just rated $10 to $20 because it was only coffee and pastries however and obviously is going to be $ 20 to $30 or more for people who drinks alcohol and order...

crave cafe has got to be the valley's best kept lil secret!!

last month my picky pescetarian mom treated her picky, paleo-wannabe daughter (me) to lunch at the studio city location. it was fantastic; our salmon dishes were DIVINE. she had the burger while i had a salad+grilled filet that delighted my tastebuds.

so, oscar sunday came around and my boyfriend was hemming and hawwing over which pizza place to order from for the zillionth time, or which chinese delivery we could eat again-when i remembered crave! you see, we are both some serious night owls normally and on that sunday evening it was clearly too late to pick up any decent food (we thought!) so between the last few awards of the night, we rushed over to order his angus burger + my caprese panini. the place was decently filled, and the line only continued to grow with hungry customers.

despite the mild dinner rush, our wait was short & sweet, narrated by some seriously rad tunes (props to whoever picked the evening music) and we got to keep up with the academy awards on the televisions!

upon coming home to examine the contents of our dinner (and me weeping for joy because leo finally got his oscar) we dove right into our food. soooooooo good, that caprese panini was life changing. even my critical/vocal new yorker boyfriend really enjoyed his meal!

awesome job, to all of you-i've been a server for about 6 years so i easily noticed the comraderie and efforts of the staff that night. a+ to the cashier for navigating our requests, and to the take-out packers for doing it right, and to the floor server who exchanged a few laughs with me over caffeine!

will definitely return, and very likely during vampire...

I stopped by here this morning to pickup crepes for my wife. I placed my order online and put in the notes to put the Nutella and powder sugar on the side. If you never been here then just know it's street parking only. I always park across the street in a plaza with other stores and then just walk to this place. I arrived early and checked in with the lady at the counter. She said they were still working on it but it will be ready soon. Make sure to check your food is made the way you request it before you leave because I didn't and when I got home, I saw the Nutella and powder sugar was not on the side. It's not the end of the world but I would've hope they made it in the way i requested it because my wife doesn't like a lot of toppings on it. --- old review An amazing place if you're craving crepes. I been to this Crave Cafe many times and they never disappoint. I personally like their Banana and Strawberry crepes with no powder sugar. I also had their turkey burger here as well (protein style) with bacon and fries. I thought their fries were alright but it wasn't my favorite. My girlfriend really like their Strawberry crepes, if you get just 1 fruit then they give you a lot of Strawberries. I tried a couple of time to get their Green Apple slush but they were always out everytime I tried. Parking wise, since the place is on Ventura can be tough (pre covid) What I usually do is park down the street where El Toritos is and just walk from there.

This location is a what I would call a "Tik Tok" restaurant, meaning it is a place that seems to only be busy because it's trendy. I would rate it 4.5 if I could because it is almost perfect but not quite and 5 feels too high because it is not perfect. The reason I call it a "Tik Tok" restaurant is because it seems to be garnering a huge following on social media platforms and therefore it's hard to get a table sometimes. The food is good, the prices are high as opposed to other cafes. The décor and sanitation of the location is pretty bad all things considered. The architecture is NY inspired; it might just be me, but I am not a fan of it. I ordered a chicken flatbread pizza with pesto but I have also tried the breakfast burrito and their signature burger and my review on those dishes is that they are well cooked but lack any sort of seasoning. The flatbread was saved by the sauce but the burger and burrito were really bland. For the price, I expected a bit more. My overall review is go if you're from New York and you want to feel like home or you're a content creator this is the spot. I would not recommend this place if your not a fan of New York brick buildings or your on a budget (or if you hate bland food).
