I have no idea HOW they are still in business. I honestly thought something wrong with me ordering it wrong or something but EVERY time something happens! you would not believe it: one friday they gave me someone’s order after making me wait outside for 30 min (yes on that corner) past promised 40-50 mins. when I came all the way to bring it back, they asked me if I “started eating it” I said no and they took it and GAVE TO SOMEBODY ELSE in front of me! in pandemic. then next saturday they just simply canceled my order 40mins after ordering, when everything else is closed around. It took 4 days for refund and had no dinner (they claim to take orders till night, then screw you over and leave you with nothing and smirky apology. I had successful orders but they all was a stressful mess plus LITERALLLY forgetting to start the order for example - I had to go in and make them «start working on» it, even tho the app says it’s ready long time ago and I just quit. you won’t believe but today I decided to give it another chance - it started already crooked (1hour 10mins(!!) for two sets of sushi. 12 sushis! guess what. it’s 23:40.. they NEVER started working on it, told me they can not make the second set (of two) cuz they ran out of ingredients (of course 1,5h pats saturday night) and after I asked for at least the first set (shrimp roll, 15bucks) they turned around and told me.. it’s not ready yet! I really dropped. now I’m outside fighting with GrubHub to return my TWO sets of rolls refund. thank you crave. no more chances, no stars, stay away, they will take your money, leave you hungry and miserable on their little corner at 11:30pm with no options around. STAY AWAY!
UPDATE: the main review was posted coupIe month ago and was tagged “helpfull” 5 times. today I decided to order and pick up one more time. came 15min after the “ready” message knowingly later to give them time.. “- 10 more minutes”. my order you can see on the...
Read moreHands down this is the best sushi in the valley! I went here for a girls night out and we had an amazing experience. The food was great, place was lively, and staff was so nice!
I always pass this place and I decided to invite my girls to try it out with me. We were all so glad we did. We ordered a number of items which included the following: white peach Nigori, strawberry Nigori, plum wine, garlic edamame, garlic butter shrimp, salmon skin salad, rainbow roll, candy cane roll, Alaska roll, Red dragon Roll, baked lobster hand roll, summer roll, and of course the crave roll. Everything was soooo delicious!!! I’m mad I didn’t try this place out sooner. And to top it all off, they stay open til midnight on weekdays and 1am on weekends. They even have a connecting location Crave Cafe which serves more food which includes waffles, coffee, burritos and more! I can’t wait to try that restaurant side out and it also stays open late.
I’m so excited I found my new go to spot in the valley. The staff is nice, food is good, and prices are cheap. I will definitely be...
Read moreOkay first off, food was excellent. I recommend sitting at the sushi bar. The service there is perfect.
HOWEVER, I sat at a table this time because I was with 3 other friends. Food was still good, service was terrible. My server was a early to mid-20s young man who kept forgetting what we ordered. I asked for 4 waters, this server brought 1 When my friend asked for water he forgot to bring it 3 times. He actually refilled everyone else's water first before finally bringing it. He brought an extra hot sake that we didn't order, and made us pay for it. My main entree "Sam's Special" (absolutely delicious by the way, baked baby lobster on top of shrimp tempura and other tasty ingredients) he never put the order in. We waited over an hour from when I sat down to when I finally got that order. He never said a word, no apology, he just brought it super late. Not that I expected any kind of discount or acknowledgement, but it would have went a long way to address his mistakes.
I'd definitely come back, but not...
