I had ordered from here for delivery before and it was awesome! So I decided to take my mini me and go for dinner. The host was very nice and friendly..made us feel welcome. We're seated for 10 to 15 minutes before a waitress showed up at our table. Asked for our order. My daughter had a Shirley Temple and kuds chicken fajitas side of fruit and a sundae. I ordered a glass of red wine with a glass of ice and sprite. She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. So I said, or you can put the wine in soda glass over ice and top it off with sprite ..she again looks confused so I said just bring me a glass of red wine and a glass of sprite. I then ordered chicken fajitas veggies well done with a side of pico and sour cream n corn tortillas. She brings me a wine glass a 1/4 way full and tells me, I put some sprite in it! No ice mind you. And with the sprite this wine glass is literally 1/4 full. I said never mind . She leaves the table and votes back 5 minutes later with a glass of ice half full of sprite I poured the glass of "wine" in the ice filled glass and off she went. About 20 minutes later our food comes. Nicely displayed however no pico no sour cream. Then I notice my fajitas potatoe wedges in it! ?? She returns to check on us I asked for the pico n sour cream and then questioned the potatoes her reply was that's part of their veggies mix. Ok... good enough. Now she brings the bill! Doesnt ask of we need anything else... So I ask for boxes because we've now been there like 90 minutes and wanted to get home and she bring me containers and still thinking what the heck..this waitress is not with it at all... so I said, my daughters supposed to get a sundae with her meal....and she says to me, oh yea but I usually wait for the parent to ask for it!!!! Are you serious right now? Sadly it was a total...
Read moreUsed to be a go-to brunch location, but after this latest experience, I won't be back. Even though our waiter was friendly, he was not attentive and seemed overwhelmed, even though our section was not crowded. And let's not forget, it's brunch, so 90 percent of what is being served at this time is just drinks! We had to ask another server for refills (this is more than annoying when it comes to a "bottomless" mimosa brunch). The fajita station was literally abandoned for the majority of the time my party was there. Passed by twice, and people were standing around picking at the items, waiting for someone to help. The guy at the waffle station was the worst part of the experience overall. I approached the station (there was no line) while he had his phone in his hand. I eventually asked for bananas foster, and he went straight from his phone to handling the food, with NO gloves. He cut, touched, and placed the bananas in the pan with his bare hands, then proceeded to pick up the waffle, also with his bare hands, instead of using tongs. Aside from the disgusting food handling, he didn't know how to prepare the bananas either. They came out pale, as if they were just swimming in a tablespoon of oil...and somehow this was after he had flamed them and added caramel. I ended up only eating the ice cream. Overall, the quality of their brunch in particular has gone way down. To have people who don't know or care to practice proper and hygienic food handling is completely unacceptable, especially in this type of setting. At the very least, a manager should have been working the floor to make sure things were running smoothly and properly, checking on tables, etc. but that was not the case and also inexcusable considering that it again, was not busy. Used to recommend this place for brunch, but...
Read moreThis has been my go to Brunch place for years - BUT within the last 2 months this location has gone from a great place to a place that I will not be returning ever The new management seems rushed during Sunday Brunch - the Brunch is supposed to end at 2pm - but they start cleaning up at around 1:30 - if you ask for more of some of the items they tell you its done - I dont mind paying the higher price and service fee because I LOVED the pozole - this past week it was cold - the ice cream was melted - when I asked why these things were overlooked, I was told the “Company” was making all these changes. The servers ARE AWESOME - but the new manager and assistants are definitely NOT concentrating on customer satisfaction - spoke to some of the servers that have been there for a while and they agreed that the new manager seems to always be rushing the brunch to end promptly at 2pm - YET you cannot order from the regular menu until 1:30 pm - so if you show up at 1:15 they only give you the option to order the brunch but will stop serving you food and champagne eight at 2pm - while letting the food run out around 1:40 and not replenishing. BRING BACK THE OLD...
