Ordered my pizza on 1/20/19. Got it for carryout. Ordered 2 med pizzas with a marble chocolate chip/ brownie dessert. Once i got home i enjoyed my pizzas. After i decided on getting a piece of the marble dessert thats when i realized that the dessert i was waiting for was burned from the top, so it made me think if perhaps it was burned from the bottom and yup sure enough it was burned completely from the bottom as well. I proceeded to make a phone call to the store and a joseph which claimed he was the assistant manager got my complaint and wasnt apologetic at all. Told me my dessert was going to be ready in 10 mins. So i arrived in ten and once i walked in no one absolutely no one greeted me. Until i asked to speak with the assistant manager. And the person that greets me as the assistant manager is not the so called Joseph his name is Israel a young man that looks no older than 22 years old, so i proceeded by asking him if i spoke to him on the phone about my brownie marble dessert and he seemed confused thats when the other coworker gave me my marble dessert. Not being apologetic whatsoever being careless and no sense of customer service. I will not be ordering from a place that is not managed by an adult but instead managed by little boys. I feel bad for those that order from this place. The store manager should really acknowledge the fact that the type of people he hires speaks horribly of this store.    Read moreOn 3/27/24 around 8:00pm I went in to order the mix and match deal (2 or more 6.99 each) and was told by the only balck guy with no name tag working that night that I couldn't order it and had to do it online. He didnt seem to want to help me at all and was brushing everything I said off. I was explaing that It makes no sense because I always order it at this location and others and its never online. Dude was rude as hell and told me Id have to pay $15 for a medium 2 topping and said the deals are different at every location. I asked what deal they had there and he said its only a 20% off which comes to $15. I explained I always order the mix and match deal. He basically said oh well and brushed me off. I went outside and called them instead and placed the Mix and Match Deal which was no problem all of a sudden and I explained to them why I wasnt able to place it 5 minutes prior inside with the guy inside, and this guy told me dont worry I got you( Different guy then the 1st guy i dealt with) . Im never going here again. I called the one down the street in Carson and placed the order with no problems at all. The Carson staff is way more welcoming and friendly.    Read moreThis place has the worst customer service I placed an order on 5/ at around 7 PM I get a text that the driver is out with my delivery at 8. 8:30 comes still no delivery so I call the store and a girl answers I tell her my issue and she goes oh hold on please and hands another girl the phone that claims to be the manager there she says to me oh he has two other deliveries before u so its gonna be an additional 15 maybe 20mins so at this point i just canceled it and she said ok and hung up the phone i call back to get her name and ask me for a refund and she says oh you will bet it in a few days and that her name is Maria. So I call back 3 days later as I still havent gotten a refund and a Male answers the phone he said oh it take 5 business days to get a refund. So I so okay thank you and wait well today 5/14 and call my bank and still no refund so I call the store and the same girl that claimed to be the manager said they dont have a Maria and the only manager is Ezekiel and he wont be in until tomorrow. The people at this store are so rude and disrespectful its ridiculous just give me my refund please since u didnt deliver your food.
