I placed an order last week and the wings I ordered were not the correct ones I received. I called and spoke with a young lady who gave me the credit for my order to use in the furure. I called today to use that credit and the employee Eddie refused to give me the credit saying there was no credit on my account. He said I needed to give him the name of the person I spoke with . I explained to him that I did not write down her name because when I asked her what info I needed to use my credit in the future she said to just give my phone number and it will show up. The employee Eddie was very rude and dismissive and did not want to do his job in helping me as I asked if he can ask the workers that are working right now about my credit to see if the young lady remembered because Eddie told me all the employees were working their shift right now. I asked him why he didnât want to ask them since he was refusing to honor the credit because he couldnât see it in the notes employees leave in their office for future credits and he responded very rudely âbecause I donât want to â. I asked him to then cancel my entire order and that I would like to speak with Jerry the manger because I donât see why I am having to go through this headache of getting my item which is rightfully mine since my order was wrong to begin with. And now I canât get my item because the employee forgot to write it down in the system when I asked her and she confirmed it would be in there.    Read moreWhile trying to pay cashier he mistakenly refunded the order from online. I had paid $10~ with a gift card and only needed to pay $2.80. The cashier became very aggravated when I told him that I was not going to pay for the order again. There whole reason I got dominos was to finish the gift card. I had left the card at home when I had a balance of zero and threw it away. I have a video of the altercation of the employees trying to make me leave for trying to pay my balance of $2.80 but they tryed to get me to pay $13 &. Something cents. I really didn't appreciate the way there were talking to and I felt it insulting to a point where i had asked for a manager to go over the situation so they can recharge the gift card from before. The cashier just waved his arms in the air and mouths the f word. I dont think any one should be treated this way for someone else's mistake.
By the time this was all over I had 2 luke warm pizzas that tasted cold. I had to throw them away and get little cezers, because of what happened here.

But no an hour in a half had past by, so I called the location and I spoke to a employee by the name Eric or Roy. And I explain what was happening, he tells me oh I see your your pizza driver should be arriving any minute now to your home. I had no problem waiting but a additional half an hour has pass which is now 5pm I call back speak with Ruby, and she says there is no record of a order being placed in my name. I give her additional information she ask and then says oh you placed it for carry out. She was really rude told me to hold while she spoke with the manager. Then tells me I can place a new order for you but u got to wait 45 min and pay additional for delivery. So I told her I wanted to cancel and I wanted my money back with attitude she firmly says OK you will get it within 5 to 10 days and hangs up on me.
